خلاصة:
هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی شاخص های نوآوری در فعالیتهای یاددهی و یادگیری رشته‌های هنری بر حسب رویکرد ساختن‌گرایی و بررسی میزان کاربست آن‌ها در دانشگاه هنر اصفهان میباشد. این پژوهش از رویکرد کمّی و کیفی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی تحقیق حاضر، جمعی از صاحب نظران در آموزش هنر و متخصصان برنامههای درسی در سطح کشور و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه هنر اصفهان بودند، که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد 19 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمّی نیز، تمامی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه هنر اصفهان بودند که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی تعداد 285 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. دادههای پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شده است. برای تعیین روایی مصاحبه و پرسشنامه از روایی محتوا و برای برآورد پایایی پرسشنامه، از ضریب آلفای کرانباخ بهره گرفته شده است. طبق نتایج تحقیق در بخش کیفی مهمترین شاخصهای نوآوری در فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری عبارت است از: کاربست یادگیری تجربی، توجه به خود راهبری، توجه به مهارت‌های تفکر، ارزشیابی کیفی و مداوم، توجه به اصول آموزش مبتنی بر دیالوگ و اکتشاف هنری و بهره‌گیری از دیدگاه‌ها و دانش نوین در زمینه تحلیل آثار هنری. همچنین نتایج بخش کمّی بیانگر آن است که میزان کاربست شاخصهای نوآوری، کمتر از حد متوسط میباشد. برگزاری دورههای دانشافزایی، استفاده از تجارب صاحبان هنر و اساتید هنر، بازبینی مداوم برنامههای درسی بر اساس شاخصهای سازندهگرایی از جمله پیشنهادهایی هستند که نوآوری و بازنگری در فعالیتهای یاددهی و یادگیری برنامههای درسی هنر را تسهیل می‌کند.
The present research aims to determinate the innovation indicators Teaching-learning activities of Curricula based on Constructivism and their application in Isfahan Art University. Qualitative and quantitative methods have been used. The statistical population was the qualitative part of all authorities in education and art education of whom 19 were purposefully selected as samples. The statistical population in the quantitative part consisted of MA and PhD students of Isfahan Art University whom 285people were randomly selected. The research data's were collected from semi-structured interview and realized questionnaires The results of the qualitative part that the most important innovation indicators in Teaching-learning activities consist of: Experimental approach in curriculum planning، attention to the Self- directed، According to the thinking skills.، continuous and quality Evaluation، According to the Artist principles of dialogue and discovery-based learning and Application of new knowledge in the field of view and analysis of works of art. The application of innovation indicators” is less than the average. So، holding educational courses، using the experiences of the arts faculty and art experts، continuous review of curriculum based on constructivism indices، are useful factors in improving and innovating Art curricul.
