مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: محیط متغیر و پویای امروز، اهمیت استفاده از راهکارهای مناسب را برای روبارویی با این تغییررات در سازمان ها دو چندان کرده است. یکی از بهترین روش ها برای مقابله با تغییرات محیطی، هدایت سازمان به سرمت چابرب برودن است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت چابکی سازمانی در شهرداری تهران (مناطق 22 گانه) میباشد.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی از نظر نحوه جمع آوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. نمونه 377 نفره از جامعه کارکنان شهرداری تهران )مناطق 22 گانه( با روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای(خوشه ای و منظم) جمع آوری شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با کمک پرسشنامه استاندارد چابکی سازمانی با کمب آزمونهای spss و شاخصهای استنباطی مثل آزمون t تب نمونه و فریدمن و شاخصه ای توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، وضعیت چابکی سازمانی سازمانهای مورد مطالعه در شرایط نسبتا مطلوب قرار دارد. از نظر رتبه بندی و الویت اهمیت شاخصه ای چابکی سازمانی، شایستگی بالاترین الویت را داراست.
نتیجه گیری: مدیران بایستی با شناسایی عوامل تغییر در محیط و استفاده از پتانسیل های موجود برای مقابله بهتر با تغییرات شرایط مناسبی را برای ارتقا چابکی سازمانی بردارند.
Background: In this dynamic environment of organization, the importance of using appropriate methods for facing with changes is important. One of the best ways to deal with environmental changes, leading to the organization to be agile. The aim of this study was to evaluate the organizational agility in the municipality of Tehran (22 districts)
Methodology: This applied research is descriptive-survey. 377 -person sample of the population of Tehran Municipality staff (22 districts) with multi-stage sampling (cluster and systematic) were collected.
Data collected by using standard questionnaires (organizational agility) analyzed by spss tests such as single-sample t-test and Friedman test and descriptive parameters such as mean and median were analyzed.
Finding: Research findings indicate that organizational agility of organizations surveyed is in relatively good and in terms of ranking and prioritizing the importance of organizational agility indicators, merit is the highest priority.
Result:
It is necessary for managers to identify changes in environment and facing with changes by using proper policy and preparing organization for agile.
