خلاصة:
سابقه و هدف: نوجوانی و بلوغ مرحله مهمی از رشد انسان است. بلوغ باعث تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی، اجتماعی و روانشناختی در نوجوانان میشود و این تغییرات بر ابعاد مختلف زندگی فرد از جمله روابط والد- فرزندی و کنترل عواطف نوجوانان تاثیر میگذارد. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش گروهی بهداشت بلوغ به مادران بر تعارضات والد- فرزندی و کنترل هیجانات نوجوانان دختر انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمهتجربی از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مادران دانشآموزان دختر پایه هفتم منطقه 14 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 تشکیل دادند. بدینمنظور 30 مادر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای بر حسب مناطق 20 گانه انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم گردیدند. آموزش گروهی بهداشت بلوغ طی 12 جلسه هفتگی و در مدت یک ساعت و نیم انجام شد. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل: پرسشنامه مشخصات جمعیتشناختی، پرسشنامه تعارض با والدین (Conflict to Parents) و مقیاس کنترل عواطف بود که قبل و بعد از مداخله آموزشی تکمیل گردید. شایان ذکر است که دادهها در نرمافزار 16 SPSS و با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در میانگین نمرات تعارض والد- فرزندی و تمامی خردهمقیاسهای آن پس از مداخله آموزشی در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل وجود دارد (0.05>P). همچنین نمرات میانگین کنترل عواطف و کل خردهمقیاسهای آن در دختران آنها پس از مداخله آموزشی در گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش نشان داد (0.05>P).
نتیجهگیری: داشتن دانش و آگاهیهای لازم در مورد بلوغ برای مادران و دختران نوجوان آنها مفید میباشد و مانع بروز تعارض بین والدین با فرزندان و نیز کنترل عواطف در نوجوانان دختر میشود.
Background and Objective: Puberty and adolescence is an important phase
of human growth. Puberty leads to a set of physiological, social, and
psychological changes in adolescents, which affect different dimensions of
their life including parent-child relationship and the control of adolescents’
emotions. This study aimed to determine the impact of group training of
personal hygiene during puberty to mothers on parent-child conflicts and
controlling over the emotions of the first high school course female students.
Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted with
a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The study population included
30 mothers of female students of the seventh grade in Tehran, Iran in 2016.
The participants were selected through cluster sampling method and
randomly assigned to two groups of control and intervention. The subjects
in the intervention group were trained about personal hygine during pubety
during 12 90-minute sessions. Data were collected using demographic form,
conflict to parents’ questionnaire, and Emotional Control Scale that were
completed by mothers and daughters at pre- and post-intervention phases.
Data analysis was performed using analysis of variance by the help of the
SPSS software, version 16.
Results: According to the results, there was a significant difference between
two groups in terms of the mean score of child-parent conflicts and all of
their subscales at the post intervention phase (P<0.05). In addition, after the
intervention, there was a significant difference between two groups
considering the mean score of emotional control and this subscales (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Regarding the results, appropraite knowledge and awareness
about puberty can be helpful for mothers to prevent child-parent conflicts
and control their adolescents' emotions.
