نما و پیشگاه ورودی هر بنا، از آنجا که مفصل اتّصال بنا با شهر است و نماد هویّتی آن محسوب می شود از اهمیّت بالایی برخوردار است. این موضوع در مساجد که از بناهای عمومی شهر ایرانی-اسلامی هستند، اهمیّتی دوچندان دارد و در جذب مخاطبان و انتقال مفاهیم اسلامی تاثیر گذار است. از نظر تاریخی، ظهور آرایهها در مساجد، ابتدا از محراب و دیوارهای مجاور آن شروع شد. سپس با گذر زمان به سایر اندامها نیز راه یافت و در نهایت در پیشگاه ورودی، موجب جلوة مسجد از نمای رو به گذر شده است. پیشگاهی که مرز عبور از دنیای مادی و رسیدن به جلوهگاه معنوی است، تزییناتی را میطلبد که پیونددهندة دو دنیای متفاوت باشد. چنین تزییناتی که گویی وظیفهای سنگینتر از سایر تزیینات، برعهده دارند، درخور شناخت، تحلیل و بررسی هستند. این مقاله با هدف بررسی شکلی و محتوایی این تزیینات و آرایه ها نگاشته شده است. برای این منظور سردر ورودی تمام مساجد تاریخی ثبت شدة شیراز که دستخوش تغییرات غیراصولی نشدهاند بررسی شد. در 16 مسجد منتخب، مطالعاتی توصیفی-تحلیلی از طریق جمعآوری دادهها به روش کتابخانهای و میدانی انجام شد. در پایان، علاوه بر شناسایی تزیینات مختلف اعم از آجری، سنگی، کاشی و همچنین محل بهکارگیری آنان در پیشگاه هر مسجد، نقوش، خطوط و مضامین مورد اشاره نیز مورد موشکافی قرار گرفت. در نهایت مشخص شد که کاشیکاری بیشترین، و تزیینات آجری کمترین سهم را نسبت به سایر تزیینات در مساجد شیراز به خود اختصاص داده است. تزیینات سنگی با وجود بهکارگیری در دورة صفاریان، در دورههای بعد از پیشگاه مساجد حذف شد، اما از دوران قاجاریه به بعد دوباره در تزیینات دیده میشود. مقرنس که از دوران صفویه به بعد از تزیینات رایج پیشگاه مساجد شیراز بود، همواره با همنشینی کتیبه همراه بوده است. کتیبههایی که در آن بیش از همة مضامینی دیده میشود که بر اقامة نماز و اوقات آن تاکید داشتهاند.
Façade، portal of entrance of each building، have great importance، since it is junction to the city، and symbol of identity of each building. It is more important in mosques، which are the main buildings of the Iranian-Islamic city، because of it’s importance in attraction to the audience and transfering the concepts of Islam. Historically، the emergence of ornaments in mosques begins first with the altar and adjacent walls. It then passes through to other parts، eventually in the entrance، which show sight of mosque through the passage. A facade، which is edge of crossing the material world to reach the spiritual level، requires ornaments that connect this two different worlds. Such ornaments، which seem to have grater duty than other ornaments، are worth knowing and analyzing. This research is aimed at examining the form and content of these ornaments. Therefore، the entrance façade of all Shiraz registered historical mosques which have no unprincipled changes have been investigated. In 15 selected mosques، descriptive-analytic studies were performed by collecting data from library and field method. In the end، in addition to identifying various ornaments، such as brick، stone، tile، the location of their use in front of each mosque، motifs، lines and mentioned contents، were also examined. Finally، it was found that tile had highest and bricks had the minimum use among the other ornaments in the mosques of Shiraz. Despite the fact that it was used in the Safari era، stone ornaments were removed in the period after that، but since the Qajar period it has used again. Mogharnas، which is commonly used ornament since the Safavid era، has always been accompanied by inscriptions. The inscriptions in which most of the themes emphasized on prayers and its time.
