اختلال بینایی به‌عنوان یک محدودیت فردی، می‌تواند موجب عدم ادراک بینایی کافی شده، و بر همه جنبه‌های رشد کودک تاثیر بگذارد. بنابراین هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر مهارت‌های بنیادی در پسران کودک کم‌بینا بود. تعداد 30 کودک کم‌بینا با دامنه سنی 7-5 سال، با استفاده از نمونه‌های در دسترس انتخاب و پس از انجام پیش‌آزمون اولریخ به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و فعالیتهای معمول روزانه تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 16 جلسه و هر جلسه 45 دقیقه در تمرینات ثبات مرکزی شرکت کردند. گروه کنترل در این مدت فعالیتهای روزانه خود را اجرا کردند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب 2*2 و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین نمره‌های دو گروه وجود دارد، به‌صورتی که آزمودنی‌های گروه تمرینات ثبات مرکزی عملکرد بهتری در تمامی خرده‌مقیاس‌های جابه‌جایی نسبت به گروه کنترل داشتند (05/ 0 >P ). به‌طور کلی، نتایج پژوهش تمرین ثبات مرکزی را به‌دلیل ارتقای سطوح انگیزش و لذت از فعالیت بدنی، رشد خودپنداره جسمانی در کودکان و ارتقای عملکرد عضلات شکمی و پشتی به‌عنوان مدل تمرینی مناسب برای ارتقای مهارت‌های حرکتی بنیادی در کودکان دارای اختلال بینایی پیشنهاد می‌کند.
Visual impairments as an individual constraint can lead to the lack of adequate visual perception and overshadow children’s all developmental aspects. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of a course of core stability training on fundamental skills in visually impaired boys. 30 visually impaired children (age range: 5-7 years) were selected by convenience sampling method. After the Ulrich pretest, they were randomly divided into two groups: the core stability training group and the ordinary daily activities. The experimental group participated in the core stability training for 16 sessions, each session 45 minutes. The control group carried out their daily activities. The results of mixed analysis of variance 2 × 2 and Bonferroni post hoc test indicated a significant difference in scores between the two groups so that the subjects of the experimental group outperformed the control group in all locomotors subscales (P<0.05). In general, the results of the study suggest core stability training as a suitable training model to promote fundamental motor skills in children with visual impairment because of increased levels of motivation and enjoyment of physical activity, the development of the children's physical self-concept and enhancement of abdominal and back muscles performance

با اينكه مطالعات بر نقش مداخلات حركتي براي بالا بردن سطوح مهارت هاي بنيادي در كودكان با اختلال بصري تأكيد كرده اند، در مورد بهترين برنامه و شيوة آموزش بين متخصصان و پژوهشگران اتفاق نظر وجود ندارد (11، 2)؛ بنابراين نياز به برنامه اي متناسب با نيازهاي اين افراد احساس ميشود (9، 5، 2).
علاوه بر اين، پيشينه نشان داده است كه تمرينات ثبات مركزي ميتواند به عنوان يك تسهيلگر در اكتساب و اجراي مهارت هاي حركتي به كودكان كمك كند (17).
بنابراين، ضعف ثبات مركزي ممكن است به كاهش ظرفيت كاركردي اين كودكان منجر شود و سطح اجراي مهارت هاي حركتي بنيادي افت پيدا كند (16).
در مجموع مي توان گفت كه تمرينات ثبات مركزي بهبود مهارت هاي حركتي بنيادي جابه جايي در كودكان كمبينا را در پي داشته است.
مقادير امتيازهاي به دست آمده از آزمون رشد حركتي اولريخ و خرده مقياس هاي آن در پيش و پس آزمون تحقيق در گروه تجربي و كنترل بحث و نتيجه گيري هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين اثر تمرينات ثبات مركزي بر بهبود مهارتهاي جابه جايي در كودكان با اختلال بينايي بود.
