بررسی میزان انطباق رفاه ذهنی با رفاه عینی و تأثیر عوامل اجتماعی مؤثر بر آن (با تأکید بر بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای دینداری، وضعیت قومی و احساس آزادی) مطالعه موردی: شهروندان استان‌های کردستان و سمنان مقالة

تا اوایل 1960 به رفاه به‌عنوان مقوله‌ای اقتصادی و در قالب شاخص‌های عینی و کمی همچون درآمد و مصرف نگریسته می‌شد. با تاکید بر نارسایی شاخص‌های اقتصادی برای توضیح وضع اجتماعی، کوشش‌هایی برای ساخت شاخص‌های اجتماعی آغاز شد. از سال 1990 بررسی رفاه ذهنی و انطباق آن با رفاه عینی وارد تحقیقات توسعه‌ای شد. بی‌شک این امر در ایران نیز محتمل است و برنامه‌ریزی برای ارتقاء سطح رفاه اجتماعی، اشراف بر دو مقوله رفاه عینی و ذهنی و انطباق یا عدم انطباق این دو را می‌طلبد. اما شاخص رفاه اجتماعی در بین استان‌های ایران بسیار متفاوت است. برای شناخت مسئله تحقیق دو استان سمنان و کردستان برای بررسی انتخاب شدند. استان کردستآن‌همیشه جزو 3 استان کمتر توسعه‌یافته ایران بوده و استان سمنان، خصوصا طی سال‌های گذشته جزو دو استان اول توسعه‌یافته بوده است. نیز به دلیل تفاوت‌های فرهنگی، قومی، مذهبی و جغرافیایی استان کردستان با سایر مناطق ایران خصوصا استان سمنان، این دو استان برای بررسی انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد 60 – 18 ساله ساکن دو استان در سال 1397 می‌باشد. درمجموع حجم نمونه مورد بررسی برای دو استان 1200 نفر بوده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات نیز پرسشنامه‌ای است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد، در استان سمنان بین متغیرهای وضعیت قومی و دینداری رابطه معناداری با میزان انطباق رفاه عینی و ذهنی وجود دارد و بین متغیرهای تحصیلات و احساس آزادی با این انطباق رابطه معناداری تایید نگردید. نتایج در خصوص کردستان بیانگر است که بین متغیرهای تحصیلات، وضعیت قومی، دینداری، احساس آزادی با متغیر وابسته رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بیشترین میزآن‌همبستگی مربوط به متغیر وضعیت قومی است. با توجه به مدل رگرسیونی در استان سمنان دینداری بیشترین میزان اثر را بر انطباق رفاه عینی و ذهنی داشته و متغیرهای واردشده در مدل توانسته است 16 درصد تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین کند. برای استان کردستان، احساس آزادی بیشترین اثر را بر روی متغیر وابسته داشته و متغیرهای مدل 24 درصد تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین می‌کنند.

<strong>Abstract</strong> <br />Until the early 1960s, welfare was viewed as an economic category in terms of objective and quantitative indicators such as income and consumption. Attempts to build social indicators began by emphasizing the inadequacy of economic indicators to explain social status. Since 1990, the study of subjective well-being and its adaptation to objective well-being has been included in developmental research. This is undoubtedly the case in Iran as well, and planning for the promotion of social welfare demands aristocracy over the two categories of objective and subjective well-being, and whether or not they are compatible. But the social welfare index varies widely across provinces in Iran. Two provinces of Semnan and Kurdistan were selected for investigation. Kurdistan province has always been one of the three least developed provinces of Iran and Semnan province has been among the first two provinces, especially during the past years. Also, due to cultural, ethnic, religious and geographical differences of Kurdistan province with other <br />selected for study. The research method is survey and the statistical population includes all people aged 18-60 years living in two provinces in 2018. The total sample size for the two provinces was 1200. A questionnaire was also used for data collection. The results show that there is a significant relationship between ethnicity and religiosity in Semnan province with objective and subjective well-being and there is no significant relationship between education and feeling of freedom with this adjustment. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of education, ethnicity, religiosity, feeling of freedom and the dependent variable. The highest correlation is related to the ethnic status variable. According to the regression model in Semnan province religiosity had the highest effect on subjective and subjective well-being adjustment and the variables entered in the model were able to explain 16% of the dependent variable changes. For Kurdistan province, the feeling of freedom had the greatest effect on the dependent variable, and the model variables accounted for 24% of the dependent variable change. <br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> Social Welfare, Mental Welfare, Ethnic Status, Religion, Sense of Freedom <br />
