خلاصة:
آینده‌نگری از مهم‌ترین اصول مدیریت راهبردی و از جمله‌ی وظایف خطیر و حیاتی مدیران است. مدیران ارشد و عالی‌مقام سازمان با تکیه بر این اصل، به بررسی جوانب و زوایای گوناگون آینده پرداخته و با شناسایی و طراحی افق‌های برنامه‌ها و اتخاذ تصمیمات روزآمد، زمینه‌ی پیشرفت و موفقیت سازمان‌ها را فراهم می‌نمایند. با توجّه به جایگاه ویژه و والای آینده‌نگری و فعالیت‌های آینده‌نگرانه در ادبیات و فرهنگ اسلامی، بخصوص سیره و روش مدیریتی حضرت علی (ع)، در این تحقیق تلاش شده است با استنباط و بهره‌گیری از آموزه‌های مکتب علوی، و با تکیه بر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایش مراحل سه‌گانه‌ی توصیف، تحلیل و تبیین، نقش و کارکردهای مدیریتی آینده‌نگری در پیشرفت سازمان مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آینده‌نگری با ایجاد انگیزه، ایجاد آرامش روان، موفقیت در تصمیم‌گیری، کاهش خطای در برنامه‌ریزی، متمرکز کردن فعالیت‌ها، حلّ مشکلات‌و معضلات سازمان، استفاده‌ی بهینه از امکانات و فرصت‌ها و افزایش اثربخشی و بهره‌وری از منابع و امکانات، زمینه‌ی پیشرفت و اعتلای سازمان را فراهم می‌آورد. از این‌رو، شاید بتوان ادعا کرد عامل دیگری نتواند به اندازه‌ی آینده‌نگری در پیشرفت و شکوفایی سازمان موثر باشد. همچنانکه، عدم توجّه به این مساله‌ی مهم، می‌تواند پیامدهای ناگواری برای سازمان به دنبال داشته باشد؛ و چنانچه در امور مهم و سرنوشت ساز سازمان این بی‌توجهی وجود داشته باشد، عواقبی همچون ناکامی و شکست و حتّی فروپاشی سازمان غیرقابل اجتناب خواهد بود.

Research findings suggest that motivating prospects, Create a relaxed mood, Succeeding in decision making, Reducing planning errors, Solve problems and problems of the organization, Optimal use of facilities and opportunities and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of resources and facilities, Provides background for the organization's progress. Therefore, one can claim that another factor can not be as effective as the prospect of an organization's progress and prosperity. As failure to pay attention to this issue can have adverse consequences for the organization, and if this is a nuisance in the important and decisive affairs of the organization, The consequences of failures and failures and even the collapse of the organization will be unavoidable.
