بررسی تاثیر نوع مالکیت شرکت بر رابطه بین مدیریت سود و حق الزحمه حسابرسی در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مقالة

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر نوع مالکیت شرکت بر رابطه بین مدیریت سود و حق الزحمه حسابرسی در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد. دوره زمانی پژوهش، 1394-1384 بوده و 99 شرکت به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش در حالت تلفیقی (ترکیبی)، از مدل‌های رگرسیونی چند متغیره و از نرم‌افزار EViews استفاده شده است. متغیر مستقل استفاده شده در این پژوهش مدیریت سود بر اساس شاخص‌های جونز تعدیل شده، کوتاری و کازنیک، متغیر وابسته پژوهش، حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی، متغیرهای کنترلی نرخ رشد، فرصت سرمایه‌گذاری، اندازه شرکت و اهرم مالی و متغیر تعدیل‌کننده نوع مالکیت شرکتی (مجازی) نیز استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که متغیر مدیریت سود (اقلام تعهدی اختیاری) بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی شرکت‌ها، تاثیر ندارد. این در حالی است که در شرکت‌های دارای مالکیت عمده خصوصی، علی‌رغم بالا بودن مدیریت سود بر حسب معیارهای مختلف، میزان هزینه حسابرسی به طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای پایین بوده است. همچنین، تاثیر نوع مالکیت شرکتی و فرصت سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت‌ها بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی، منفی و معنی‌دار و تاثیر اندازه شرکت بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی، مثبت و معنی‌دار بوده است.

This study aims to investigate Effect of corporate ownership type on the relationship between earnings management and audit fees in listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. The Study lasted from, 2004-2014, and 99 companies have been chosen. To analyze data Panel (Pooled), the multiple regression models were used in EViews software. Independent variables used in this study consist of earnings management based on modified Jones Indexes, Kothari and Kaznyk. The dependent variable of this study, the audit fees. In this study, the variables controlling the rate of growth, investment opportunities, firm size and financial leverage and moderating variable type of corporate ownership (Dummy) was also used. ‌The results show that different measures of earnings management (discretionary accruals) on audit fees Company are effective. However, in private firms with majority ownership, despite the high level of earnings management based on different criteria, the audit cost is significantly low. Also, the effect of firm size on audit fees is positive and the significant impact of the investment opportunities and ownership of the company's audit fees, is negative and significant.
