بررسی امکان پیدایش و شکل‌گیری دولت بیطرف در جمهوری اسلامی ایران و جهان سوم از موضوعات چالش برانگیز عرصه سیاست خارجه و روابط بین‌الملل به شمار می‌رور و همیشه این سوال درباره جمهوری اسلامی ایران مطرح بوده است که به وجود آمدن یک دولت بیطرف در فضای کنونی جامعه جهانی و به ویژه داخلی کشور آن‌‌هم با توجه به مولفه‌های اصلی یک دولت بیطرف در کشور قدرتمندی همچون جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه خواهد بود، ارزیابی این مسئله که استقرار این دولت‌ها چه اهدافی را در دنیا دنبال می‌کند و همچنین براساس سابقه تاریخی کشورمان در اعلام بیطرفی درمی‌یابیم که استقرار دولت بیطرف در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اهداف انقلاب اسلامی در تضاد است زیرا دولت‌های بیطرف دولت‌هایی هستند که از موقعیت حساس و استراتژیک برخوردار نیستند و همگی از ضعف‌هایی عمیق در ابعاد مختلف برخوردارند و از سهم خواهی در مناقشات بین‌المللی و سیاست خارجه در برابر مصونیت نسبی چشم پوشی می‌کنند هرچند در جهان سوم اغلب دولت‌ها ضعیف هستند اما ایران به دلیل خودکفایی در عرصه نظامی، جغرافیایی سیاسی ویژه و رابطه حاکمیت با دولت نمی‌تواند اعلام بیطرفی کند چرا‌که اسلام‌خواهی و اسلام‌گرایی برخاسته از انقلاب اسلامی در تضاد آشکار با دولت بیطرف است از سویی دیگر جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یک ابرقدرت منطقه‌ای و قدرت اقتصادی و نظامی مطرح است از این رو شکل‌گیری دولت بیطرف در جمهوری اسلامی ایران غیر‌ممکن می‌نماید
Examining the possibility of the emergence and formation of a neutral government in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Third World is one of the most challenging issues in the field of foreign policy and international relations, and the question of the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been raised. And especially the interior of the country, considering the main components of a neutral government in a powerful country such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, what is the purpose of establishing these states in the world and also based on the historical background of our country in declaring neutrality? The establishment of a neutral government in the Islamic Republic of Iran contradicts the goals of the Islamic Revolution because neutral states are states that do not have a sensitive and strategic position and all have deep weaknesses in various dimensions and share in international conflicts and foreign policy against relative immunity. Although most governments are weak in the Third World, Iran cannot declare neutrality due to self-sufficiency in the military, geopolitical geography, and governance relations with the Islamic State. Wahhabism and Islamism arising from the Islamic Revolution are in stark contrast to the neutral government. On the other hand, the Islamic Republic of Iran is considered a regional superpower and economic and military power, so the formation of a neutral government in the Islamic Republic of Iran is impossible.
