مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش بدرفتاری روانشناختی دوران کودکی با میانجیگری متغیر مسئولیت پذیری و همجوشی شناختی در پیشبینی علائم وسواسی در جمعیت غیربالینی بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و جمعیت مطالعه دانشجویان سال تحصیلی ۹۸-۱۳۹۷ دانشگاه شیراز بودند. تعداد ۳۰۶ نفر (۱۴۵ پسر و ۱۶۱ دختر) با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاسهای بدرفتاری روانشناختی، همجوشی شناختی و پرسشنامههای نگرش مسئولیتپذیری و وسواسی - اجباری مادزلی جمعآوری شدند. داده های حاصل با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری بررسی شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد مسئولیتپذیری و همجوشی شناختی در رابطهی میان مؤلفههای بدرفتاری روانشناختی (عدم پاسخ گویی از نظر هیجانی، طرد کردن / ترساندن، پرتوقع / انعطاف ناپذیر بودن) با علائم وسواسی بهطور سهمی میانجی شدهاند. همچنین، بین مؤلفههای بدرفتاری روانشناختی (عدم پاسخ گویی از نظر هیجانی، طرد کردن / ترساندن، پرتوقع / انعطاف ناپذیر بودن) با علائم وسواسی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: درمانگران به منظور کاهش باورها و آیینهای وسواسی باید از یکسو تجربیات ناخوشایند دوران کودکی افراد مبتلا را بررسی و مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و از سوی دیگر ضمن چالشهای شناختی و گذشتهنگر به دنبال کاهش باورهای مسئولیتپذیری و همجوشی شناختی باشند.
AbstractIntroduction: This research aimed to investigate the predictive role of childhood psychological maltreatment by responsibility and cognitive fusion in obsessive-compulsive symptoms in a non-clinical population. Method: The research design was correlational and statistical population comprised students of Shiraz University in the 2018-2019 academic year. A number of 306 subject (145 males and 161 females) were selected using the randomized multi-stage cluster sampling method. The measures were collectec by Psychological Maltreatment Inventory, the Cognitive Fusion Scale(CFQ), the Responsibility Attitude Scale(RAS) and The Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Inventory (MOCI). Obtained data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling. Results: Result showed that responsibility and cognitive fusion were relatively mediator in the relationship between childhood psychological maltreatment subscale (emotional non-responsiveness, rejection / frightenment, overcoming / inflexibility) with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. There was an direct and significant impact between childhood psychological maltreatment subscale(emotional non-responsiveness, rejection / frightenment, overcoming / inflexibility) with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Conclusion: In order to decrease the obsessive thoughts and ritualistic behaviors in individuals with obsessive-compulsive symptoms, therapists need on the one hand, to review and evaluat the unpleasant experiences of childhood and, on the other hand, beside cognitive and retrospective challenging seek to reduce their beliefs of responsibility and cognitive fusion.
