مقایسه سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور زنان شاغل و غیرشاغل شهر شیراز با تاکید بر متغیرهای جمعیتی مقالة

مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور زنان شاغل و غیرشاغل شهر شیراز و شناسایی تاثیر متغیرهای جمعیتی بر آن انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را کلیه زنان 15 سال به بالای ساکن شهر شیراز تشکیل داده‌اند. با استفاده از روش پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه تعداد 274 نفر از زنان شاغل و غیرشاغل شهر شیراز مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها بیانگر میزان سبک زندگی سلامت محور بالاتر زنان شاغل در مقایسه با زنان غیرشاغل است. نتایج نشان داد بین سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور زنان براساس تحصیلات و سن تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد. هرچه سطح تحصیلات بالاتر باشد گرایش به سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور زنان افزایش می‌بابد. زنان گروه‌های سنی پایین‌تر از سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور بهتری برخوردار بوده و به سلامت خود اهمیت بیشتری می‌دهند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که متغیر تحصیلات با ضریب بتای 252/0 دارای بیش‌ترین تاثیر کل بر سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور زنان می‌باشد.

The aim of this study was to compare the health-centered lifestyles of employed and non-employed women in the city of Shiraz and identify the impact of demographic variables on it. The statistical population of this study was comprised of all women older than 15 years residing in Shiraz. Using a survey method and a questionnaire, 274 employed and non-employed women in Shiraz were studied. Findings show a higher level of healthy lifestyle in employed women compared to non-employed ones. The results showed that there is a significant difference between women's health and lifestyle based on education and age. The higher the level of education, the higher the tendency to a healthy lifestyle. Also the women of the lower age group had healthier lifestyle and cared more about their health. Finally, the results of Path Analysis showed that with a beta coefficient of 0.252 education variable had the most total impact on women's health-centered lifestyle.
