خلاصة:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه کارکردهای اجرایی و تکانش گری هیجانی بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/نارسایی توجه و بهنجار انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع پس رویدادی یا علّی– مقایسه ای است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز مشاوره و روان درمانی شهر تبریز بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 نفر (30 بزرگسال مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/نارسایی توجه و 30 بزرگسال بهنجار) بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه تشخیصی کوتاه اختلال بیش فعالی و نارسایی توجه بزرگسالان کانرز، پرسشنامه تکانشگری هیجانی، آزمون دسته بندی کارتهای ویسکانسین، آزمون تصاویر هندسی آندره ری و آزمون ان بک استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این بود که نمرات کارکردهای اجرایی در حیطه‌های برنامه ریزی، بازداری و حافظه کاری در بزرگسالان بهنجار به طور معناداری بالاتر از بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/نارسایی توجه بود. همچنین یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر این بود که نمرات تکانش گری هیجانی در مؤلفه‌های قصد قبلی، پشتکار و اضطرار در بزرگسالان بهنجار به طور معناداری پایین تر از بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/نارسایی توجه بود. اما در مولفه هیجان خواهی تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه وجود نداشت. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/نارسایی توجه در مقایسه با بزرگسالان بهنجار در زمینه کارکردهای اجرایی (برنامه ریزی، بازداری و حافظه کاری) و تکانش گری هیجانی ( قصد قبلی، پشتکار و اضطرار ) نقص بیشتری دارند، ولی در مولفه هیجان خواهی تفاوتی بین دو گروه وجود ندارد. تلویحات یافته های پژوهش از لحاظ نظری و عملی بحث شد.
The present study aimed to compare the executive functions and emotional impulsivity between adults with hyperactivity disorder/attention deficit and normal adults. This research was ex post facto design. The study population was patients referred to the center of counseling and psychotherapy in Tabriz. The sample consisted of 60 subjects (30 adults with hyperactivity disorder/attention deficit and 30 normal adults) selected by available sampling. To collect the data were used from Canner′s adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity questionnaire, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test, N-Back test, and Rey Complex Figure Test. To analyze the data was used multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that the scores of executive functions in the fields of planning, inhibition, and working memory in normal adults were significantly higher than those of adults with hyperactivity disorder/attention deficits. This studychr('39')s results showed that scores of emotional impulsivity components of premeditation, persistence, and urgency in normal adults were significantly lower than adults with hyperactivity disorder/attention deficit. But there was no significant difference in sensation seeking between the two groups According to the findings of this study can be concluded that adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder compared with normal adults have more impairments in executive function (planning, inhibition, and working memory) and emotional impulsivity (premeditation, persistence, and urgency). But there was no difference in sensation seeking Between the two groups. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.
