اهداف: امروزه یکی از امیدبخشترین پارادایمهای توسعه و سلامت، توجه به سبک زندگی و نقش بیبدیل آن در ابعاد سلامت است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی همبستگی سبک زندگی اسلامی با سلامت معنوی و اجتماعی از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران شهر ارومیه بود.
ابزار و روشها: این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی در سال ۱۳۹۶ در بین ۳۲۰ نفر از معلمان و مدیران دوره دوم متوسطه شهر ارومیه انجام شد که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه سبک زندگی (LSQ)، پرسشنامه سلامت اجتماعی کییز و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، توسط ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون خطی از طریق نرمافزار SPSS ۱۹ صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: بین سبک زندگی اسلامی با ارتباط درونفردی، میانفردی، فرافردی، برونفردی، خودکارآمدی، سرمایه اجتماعی و مشارکت گروهی معلمان و مدیران همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار وجود داشت (۰/۰۰۰۱=p). همچنین سبک زندگی اسلامی توانست ۳/۶۴% تغییرات متغیر ارتباط درونفردی، ۶۷/۶% تغییرات متغیر ارتباط میانفردی، ۶۵/۱% تغییرات متغیر ارتباط فرافردی، ۴۴/۹% تغییرات متغیر ارتباط برونفردی، ۳۵/۶% تغییرات متغیر خودکارآمدی، ۶۷/۶% تغییرات متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی و ۶۸/۳% تغییرات متغیر مشارکت گروهی معلمان و مدیران را تبیین نماید (۰/۰۰۰۱=p).
نتیجهگیری: سبک زندگی دینی اسلامی منجر به بهبود و ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی و سلامت معنوی افراد جامعه بهویژه معلمان و مدیران میشود.
Aims: Today, one of the most promising paradigms of development and health is attention to lifestyle and its vital role in health dimensions. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation of Islamic lifestyle with spiritual and social health from the viewpoint of teachers and principals of Urmia.
Instruments and Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted in 2016 among 320 teachers and secondary school principals of Urmia, who were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools included Lifestyle questionnaire (LSQ), Keyes’s social health questionnaire, and Paloutzian and Ellison’s spiritual health questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression test, using SPSS 19 software.
Findings: There was a positive and significant correlation between Islamic lifestyle and communication with oneself, interpersonal communication, superpersonal communication, intrapersonal communication, self-efficacy, social capital, and group participation of teachers and principals (p=0.0001). Also, Islam lifestyle could express 64.3% of communications with oneself, 67.6% of interpersonal communication, 65.1% of superpersonal communication, 44.9% of intrapersonal communication, 35.6% of self-efficacy, 67.6% of social capital, and 68.3% of changes in the group participation of teachers and principals (p=0.0001).
Conclusion: Islamic lifestyle leads to improving the social and spiritual health of people in society, especially teachers and principals.
