خلاصة:
زمینه و هدف: اختلال میل/ برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان متأهل از شایعترین مشکلات جنسی زنان و یک اختلال چندعاملی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تقش میانجی تعارضات زناشویی در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و تمایزیافتگی خود با نشانه های میل / برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان بود. مواد و روش: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر بر روی 322 نفر از کارمندان و دانشجویان زن متأهل دانشگاههای شهر تهران بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل فرم مشخصات جمعیتشناختی، شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان، پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی بزرگسال کولینز و رید، پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود و پرسشنامه وضعیت زناشویی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در نرمافزارهای SPSS-21 و Amos انجام شد. یافتهها: یافتههای حاصل نشان داد که علاوه بر ارتباط مثبت و معنادار میان بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن و نشانههای میل/ برانگیختگی و نیز رابطه منفی و معنادار سبکهای دلبستگی ناایمن دوسوگرا و اجتنابی با نشانههای میل/برانگیختگی جنسی، بین تمایزیافتگی خود و نشانههای میل/برانگیختگی جنسی نیز رابطه مستقیم و معناداری مشاهده شد. همچنین باید افزود که متغیرهای پیشگفته بهصورت غیرمستقیم و با نقش میانجیگر تعارضات زناشویی با متغیر ملاک رابطه معناداری دارند. نتیجه گیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که ریشه تعارضات زناشویی در سبکهای دلبستگی و تمایزیافتگی خود است که نقش تجربیات کودکی و ارتباطات فرد با والدین در آن زمان را آشکار میکند. بهعبارت دیگر، مؤلفههای روانشناختی که در قالب روابط خانواده اصلی شکل میگیرند، میتواند الگوهای رفتاری و زناشویی را در خانواده فعلی تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.
Background and Aim: Female Sexual Interest-Arousal Disorder is one of the most common sexual problems in women and a multifactorial disorder. The aim of this study was to mediate the role of marital conflict in the relationship between attachment styles and their differentiation with signs of sexual desire / arousal in women. materials and method: The present cross-sectional study was performed on 322 married female employees of Shahed University and married students of Shahed, Al-Zahra and Shahid Beheshti who were selected by convenience sampling method. Data collection included demographic characteristics form, female sexual function index, Collins and Reed adult attachment style questionnaire, self-differentiation questionnaire and marital status questionnaire. Data analysis was performed in SPSS-21 and Amos software. Results: The results showed that in addition to the positive and significant relationship between secure attachment style and desire/arousal symptoms and also the negative and significant relationship between ambivalent and avoidant insecure attachment styles and signs of sexual desire/arousal, there was a direct and significant relationship between self-differentiation and signs of sexual desire/arousal. It should also be added that the aforementioned variables are indirectly related to the mediating role of marital conflicts with the criterion variable. Conclusion: The present study showed that the root of marital conflicts is in their attachment and differentiation styles, which reveals the role of childhood experiences and communication with parents. the psychological components that are formed in the form of main family relationships can affect behavioral and marital patterns in the current family
