اثر هشت هفته تمرین با آینه بر تعادل بیماران سکتۀ مغزی تحت حاد مقالة

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین با آینه بر تعادل بیماران سکتة مغزی تحت‌ حاد بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش تمامی بیماران سکتة مغزی تحت‌ حاد مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک تخصصی سکتة مغزی تبسم تهران بود. نمونه شامل30 بیمار تحت ‌حاد دارای شرایط ورود به پژوهش بودند که با رضایت و داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها به‌طور تصادفی ساده به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی تحت‌ حاد شامل 10 آزمودنی با میانگین سن 4 ±40/ 55 سال و وزن 5/ 11 ± 39/ 68 کیلوگرم و گروه کنترل تحت‌ حاد دارای 12 آزمودنی با میانگین سن 4/ 7 ± 92/ 54 سال و وزن 8/ 9 ± 50/ 70 کیلوگرم بود. هر دو گروه در پیش‌آزمون، میان‌آزمون که پس از 4 هفته و پس‌آزمون مقیاس تعادل برگ که پس از 8 هفته برگزار شد، شرکت کردند. برنامة تمرین دو گروه مشابه و شامل 8هفته هر هفته 2 جلسه و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه شامل60 دقیقه تمرین معمول توانبخشی و 30 دقیقه تمرین با آینه در گروه تجربی و بدون استفاده از آینه در گروه کنترل بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط و با نرم‌افزار spss23 تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد هر سه عامل تعادل (001/ 0=P)، گروه (001/ 0=P) و اثر تعاملی تعادل و گروه (008/ 0=P) اثر معناداری داشت. تعادل در هر سه مرحلة پیش‌آزمون، میان‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تفاوت معناداری داشت (001/ 0=P). اثر تعاملی تعادل و گروه در هر دو گروه تجربی و کنترل بین سه مرحلة آزمون تفاوت معناداری داشت (001/ 0=P). در مجموع تمرین ‌با آینه، تعادل بیماران گروه تجربی تحت‌حاد سکتة مغزی را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به‌طور موثری بهبود بخشید. بنابراین تمرین ‌با آینه به‌عنوان راهکاری ساده، کم‌هزینه و موثر در عملکرد اندام پایین‌تنه و بهبود تعادل این بیماران توصیه می‌شود.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of mirror training on balance in patients with subacute stroke. The statistical population included subacute stroke patients referring to Tabassom stroke rehabilitation clinic in Tehran. The sample consisted of 30 subacute patients with inclusion criteria who participated in the study with their consent and volunteering. The Samples were randomly divided into experimental and control of mirror training. Both groups participated in the pre-test and intermediate test, which was performed after four weeks and post-test of Berg Balance Scale after eight weeks. The training program of two groups was the same and included eight weeks, each week, two sessions, each session 90 minutes Consist 60 minutes of normal rehabilitation and 30 minutes of training with mirror in experimental group and without mirror in control group. Data were analyzed by mixed analysis variance (2 * 3) with SPSS23 software. The results showed that all three factors of balance (p = 0.001), group (p = 0.001) and balance and group interaction (p=0.008) had significant effect. Balance was significantly different in all three stages of pre, mid and post-tests (P=0.001). The interactive effect of balance and group in the two experimental and control groups was significantly different between the three stages test (P = 0.001). Overall, mirror training improved the balance of patients with subacute stroke. Therefore, it is recommended to using a mirror training in the subacute stroke patient.

Shih همکاران (٢٠١٧) اثرات علمي تمرين با آينه و مشاهدهدرماني را بر نتايج عملکردي و حرکتي و 1 سازوکارهاي فعاليت هاي عصبي را در بيماران مبتلا به سکتۀ مغزي تحت حاد نشان داد (٢٧). فراواني متغيرهاي جنسيت ، سمت آسيب ديده ، نوع سکتۀ مغزي در آزمودني هاي دو گروه گروه ها (به تصویر صفحه رجوع شود) ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد سن ، وزن و قد و تعادل آزمودني هاي دو گروه تجربي و کنترل و نتايج آزمون تي مستقل بين دو گروه براي نبود تفاوت معنادار اين متغيرها در دو گروه قبل از شروع تمرين با آينه در جدول ٢ آورده شده است . Hung در مجموع نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد تمرين با آينه در مرحلۀ تحت حاد پس از سکتۀ مغزي مي تواند با تأثير بر عملکرد اندام پايين تنه به بهبود تعادل بيماران منجر شود. K.
