شیوۀ تغذیه و غذا خوردن می‌تواند باعث نفوذ فرهنگ، ایجاد تغییر در تفکر، شیوۀ زیست و عادت‌های فردی و اجتماعی شود. تغذیه اگر دچار دگرگونی و انحراف از سبک زندگی شود، این خطر ممکن است پیش آید که فرهنگ دگرگون شود. ماهواره‌ها به دلیل ماهیتی که دارند در بی‌هویت کردن جوامع نقش دارند و غفلت خبرگان و مسئولان ایرانی موجب آسیب‌دیدن جامعۀ ایران می‌شود. مسأله اساسی این پژوهش، وقوع دگرگونی فرهنگی از طریق تحول تغذیه‌ای در خلاف جهت سبک زندگی ایرانی است. هدف پژوهش پیش‌رو، بررسی وضعیت محتوای فرهنگی برنامه‌های سبک زندگی تغذیه‌ای ماهواره و نقش آنها بر حفظ و دگرگونی فرهنگ در یادگیری اجتماعی و روش آن مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. در این مطالعه برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، دو برنامه از شبکه‌های غیرایرانی فارسی‌زبان برای نمونه انتخاب شده است. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخابی است. یافته‌ها نشان داد هفت مقوله «نمود فرهنگ در برنامه‌های غذایی ماهواره‌ای»، «طبخ غذا»، «جامعه‌شناسی غذا»، «حذف، مخالفت یا بی‌اعتنایی به مفاهیم مذهبی»، «وضعیت تجمل‌گرایی»، «اوقات فراغت» و «ظاهر و ساخت برنامه» همراه با زیرمقوله‌های آنها در برنامه‌های فارسی‌زبان ماهواره‌ای نمایش داده شده است. نقش عوامل فرهنگی در این مقوله‌ها بر یادگیری اجتماعی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفته و افراد، الگوهای رفتاری متناسب با وقایع مشاهده‌شده در محیط‌های خود، ازجمله تصاویر تلویزیونی را اتخاذ می‌کنند. برنامه‌های تغذیه‌ای ماهواره‌ای به علت رویکرد و سیاست‌های متفاوتی که با رسانه‌های داخلی دارند، محتوای متفاوتی را ارائه و تأثیری که بر یادگیری اجتماعی مخاطب دارند، می‌توانند زمینه‌ساز تغییر سبک زندگی و فرهنگ شوند.
Diet and eating habits can influence culture, change thinking, and individual lifestyle and social habits. If nutrition changes and deviates from lifestyle, there is the risk of cultural change. Satellites play an important role in de-identifying societies due to their nature, and officials’ negligence will harm the Iranian society. The main issue of this research is the occurrence of cultural change through a nutritional transformation in the opposite direction of the Iranian lifestyle. The purpose of this research is to investigate the status of the cultural content of satellite nutritional programs on lifestyle and their role in maintaining or transforming the culture of social learning based on qualitative analysis of the content. The data collection tool was based on selecting two programs of non- Iranian Persian language networks as a sample. The method of sampling was selective and purposeful. Research findings indicated 7 categories as follows: 1- Manifestation of culture in satellite food programs. 2- cooking, 3- Sociology of food. 4- Elimination, opposition, or disregard for religious concepts. 5- Luxury-oriented status, 6- Leisure, 7- Appearance and program making displaying the relevant subcategories in the programs. The role of cultural factors on social learning has been analyzed in these categories. Individuals adopt patterns of behavior appropriate to the events observed in their environment, including television images. Because satellite food programs offer different content from local media content due to their approaches and policies, they may provide changes to the local audience's lifestyle, culture, and social learning habits.
