مقدمه: حرمت خود اشاره به ارزیابی ذهنی فرد از ارزش خود به عنوان یک انسان دارد و میتوان آن را به یک سیستم ایمنی آگاهانه تشبیه کرد که کودک را در برابر ابتلا به بسیاری از اختلالات روانشناختی مصون میدارد. بنابراین ساختن پایههای حرمت خود درکودکی بسیار مهم است. هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش اثر بخشی بسته درمانی قصه و بازی بر ارتقاء حرمت خود کودکان بود. روش: طرح پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی، پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. قصهها و بازیهایی که روایی محتوایی آنها توسط متخصصین تایید شده بود، به عنوان یک بسته آموزشی، برای سنجش اثربخشی بر روی کودکان به اجرا درآمدند. جامعه این پژوهش متشکل از کودکان ۶ تا ۹ سال شهر اصفهان به همراه والدین آنها بود که بصورت در دسترس ۳۰ نفر از آنها انتخاب شده و بصورت تصادفی در دوگروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند و پرسشنامه حرمت خود باتل (۱۹۹۲) به عنوان پیش آزمون و پس آزمون روی آنها اجرا شد. نتایج:یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از لحاظ متغیر پژوهش تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت (۰۵/۰p <) و بسته آموزشی قصه و بازی بصورت معناداری باعث افزایش حرمت خود کودکان میشود. بحث و نتیجهگیری: مطابق با یافتههای پژوهش اثر بخشی بسته آموزشی قصه و بازی بر روی حرمت خود کودکان به تایید رسید و به عنوان مداخلهای موثر برای ارتقای حرمت خود کودکان پیشنهاد میشود.
Introduction: Self-esteem refers to a person's mental evaluation of his or her worth as a human being and can be likened to a conscious immune system that protects the child against many psychological disorders. Therefore, it is very important to build the foundations of self-respect in childhood. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Story and play therapy package on improving children's self-esteem.
Method: The research design was semi-experimental with pre-test-post-test and a control group. Stories and plays whose content validity was confirmed by experts were used as a therapeutic package to measure their effectiveness on children. The statistical population of this study consisted of children aged 6 to 9 years in Isfahan, 30 of whom were selected as available and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups and The Battle Self-esteem Questionnaire (1992) was completed as a pre-test and post-test for them.
Results: The results of analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of research variable (P <0.05) and the story and play therapy package significantly increased children's self-esteem.
Discussion and conclusion: According to the findings of the study, the effectiveness of storytelling and play therapy packages on children's self-esteem has been confirmed and is proposed as an effective intervention to improve children's self-esteem
