مقدمه: اعتیاد یکی از بزرگترین معضلاتی است که حیات جوانان روستایی را تهدید می‌کند لذا بررسی عوامل موثر بر اعتیاد گامی مهم در مبارزه با این پدیده مهلک است. هدف پژوهش: هدف این مقاله بررسی عوامل موثر بر کاهش گرایش جوانان روستایی به مصرف مواد مخدر می‌باشد. روش شناسی تحقیق: این تحقیق، از لحاظ هدف توسعه‌ای، و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی و پیمایشی و نیز از نوع تحلیلی است. در این تحقیق روش گرد‌آوری داده‌ها برای پاسخ‌گویی به سئوالات تحقیق، به دو صورت اسنادی (داده‌های ثانویه) و پیمایشی (داده‌های اولیه) و ابزار مورد استفاده در روش پیمایشی پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه بوده است. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. مطالعه راهنما در منطقه مشابه جامعه آماری با تعداد30 پرسش نامه صورت گرفت و با داده‌های کسب شده و استفاده از فرمول ویژه آلفای کرونباخ در نرم افزار SPSS، پایایی بخش‌های مختلف پرسش‌نامه تحقیق 75 /0 الی 89/0 بدست آمد.قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش: اردبیل یکی از شهرهای قدیمی در شمال غربی ایران و مرکز استان اردبیل است و مطابق سرشماری 2016، جمعیت اردبیل 529374 نفر می‌باشد.یافته‌ها و بحث: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که اعتیاد در بین جوانان روستایی شیوع بیش‌‌تری دارد و عوامل متعددی در گرایش جوانان روستایی به مصرف مواد مخدر دخیل است که مهم‌ترین آن فقدان معنا می‌باشد. نتایج: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر کاهش اعتیاد جوانان روستایی به مواد مخدر در منطقه مورد مطالعه شامل چهار مولفه (توانمندسازی و اقدامات حمایتی، فقرزدایی و سالم‌سازی محیط پدیداری، تقویت بنیان‌های خانواده و سرمایه روان شناختی و ترویج فعالیت‌های گروهی و تقویت بنیان‌های ارزشی و اخلاقی) است که مقدار واریانس و واریانس تجمعی تبیین شده توسط این چهار عامل 93/48 می‌باشد.
Introduction: addiction is one of the biggest problems that threatens the life of rural youth. Therefore, investigating the factors affecting addiction is an important step in combating with this deadly phenomenon. Research aim: the aim of this paper is to investigating the factors affecting the reduction of rural youth tendency to drug use in the Ardabil CountyResearch Methodology: The research method is analytical -explanative survey type. It can be said that studied population in this study consists of all youth living in rural areas of Ardabil County in 2017 (N=496), among which 217 persons were selected as statistical sample using Cochran formula. Sample size was determined based on the Cochran’s formula and the required data were collected through questionnaires. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was determined based on Cronbach's alpha (0.75-0.89).Studied Areas: Ardabil is an ancient city in northwestern Iran, and the capital of Ardabil Province. As of the 2016 census, Ardabil's population was 529,374. Findings: the findings of this research show that addiction is very common among rural youth and several factors is involved at the tendency of rural youth to drug use and the most important of them is the lack of meaning. Results: the findings of this research showed that most important factors reduction of rural youth tendency to drug use in studied region includes four components (empowerment and support actions, combating poverty and making healthy of phenomenal environment, reinforcement of family foundation and psychological capital and extension of mass activities and reinforcement of value and ethical foundations) that explained variance and the cumulative variance by the five factors 48.93.Key words: Addiction, Rural Youth, Rural Development, Ardabil County
