مقدمه
امروزه مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز از رویکردهای جدیدی است که در تمام حوزه های سازمانی و مدیریتی به آن توجه شده است. بخش سلامت نیز برای افزایش کیفیت خدمات، بیش از سایر حوزه ها نیازمند مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز است. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارایه الگوی مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در بخش سلامت بود.
روش ها
روش پژوهش کیفی– نظریه مبنایی بود و مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش ۲۸ نفر مرتبط با سلامت در شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۸ بودند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شد.
یافته ها
تحلیل داده ها به شناسایی ۵۱ مفهوم اولیه، ۱۶ مضمون محوری شامل زمینه ساختاری (نرم افزاری، سخت افزاری)، نگرش به سلامت، سیاست سلامت محور، مسیولیت اجتماعی، فرهنگ همیاری، کنشگران سود، نگاه مدیریتی به سلامت، الزامات مادی- فرامادی، آموزش مادام العمر، گشایش رقابت، سرمایه گذاری، تشکلات سلامت محور، توانمندسازی کارکنان، مدیریت بحران ها و شکل گیری حکمرانی سلامت محور) منجر شد که مضمون مرکزی پژوهش یعنی «توسعه منابع انسانی سبز به مثابه توسعه سلامت پایدار» را شکل داد. برای اعتبار یافته ها نیز از بازبینی مجدد فرآیند تحلیل و همچنین، نظرات پنج خبره خارج از پژوهش استفاده شد. سرانجام، تمام مضامین اصلی در قالب مدل پارادایمی اشتراوس و کوربین قرار داده شدند.
نتیجه گیری
با توجه به دیدگاه های خبرگان، می توان نتیجه گرفت که به کار گیری مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در بخش سلامت قابل پیاده سازی است و باید به جنبه های مختلف آن نظیر توانمندسازی کارکنان، فراهم کردن بسترهای سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری، سرمایه گذاری مختلف و نیروهای متخصص توجه جدی کرد.
Introduction
Nowadays, green human resources management is one of the new approaches which isconsidered in all organizational and managerial fields. The health sector needs green human resources management to improve service quality more than other fields. Thus, the purpose of this research was to present a green human resources management model in the health sector.
Method
The research method was a qualitative grounded theory, and the participants were28 health-related people in Isfahan in 1398. They were selected through the purposive sampling method, and in-depth semi-structured interviews were used for them. In order to analyze the data, open, axial, and selective codings were utilized.
Findings
Data analysis led to identifying the following items: 51 preliminary concepts, 16 central themes of structural context (software and hardware) , attitude to health, health-oriented policy, social responsibility, cooperative culture, for-profit actors, managerial view of health, materialistic and meta-materialistic requirements, lifelong learning, competition opening, investment, health-oriented associations, employee empowerment, crises management, and the formation of health-oriented governance which formed the central theme of the research, i. e. "Green Human Resources Development as Sustainable Health Development". Moreover, in order to validate the findings, the analysis process was rereviewed and the opinions of five experts outside the research were used. Finally, all the main themes were incorporated into the paradigmmodel of Strauss and Corbin.
Conclusion
Given the views of the experts, it can be concluded that using green human resources management is implementable in the health sector. In addition, serious attention must be paid to its different aspects such as employee empowerment, hardware and software platforms, various investments, and specialized personnel.
