خلاصة:
سلطانآباد نام یکی از مناطق مشهور قالیبافی ایران است که بعدها به اراک تغییر نام یافت و در گذشته فرشهایی به سبک روستایی در این منطقه تولید میشده است. در دوره قاجار با فراهم آمدن زمینه فعالیت شرکتهای چندملیتی مانند زیگلر در این منطقه، سلطانآباد به یکی از قطبهای تولید و صادرات فرش ایران تبدیل میشود. این روند موجب تغییر سبک قالی این منطقه از روستایی به شهری می شود و شیوه تولید از تولید برای خود(خودفرمایی) به تولید طبق سفارش (کارفرمایی)تغییر پیدا میکند. در این میان زنان که وظیفه بافت این قالیها را به عهده داشتهاند با رونق بازار فرش منطقه خود، نقش اقتصادی و اجتماعی جدیدی مییابند. اما برخلاف رشدی که باتوجه به رونق اقتصادی و اشتغال و درآمدزایی برای قالیبافان انتظار میرفت، این تحولات، تاثیراتی متفاوت بر قالیبافی این منطقه و در نتیجه جایگاه اقتصادی و اجتماعی زنان قالیباف سلطانآباد برجای میگذارد. این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به جستجوی آن تأثیرات پرداخته شده است نتایج نشان میدهد در مسیر گذار از خویش بافی(خودفرمایی) به سفارش بافی(کارفرمایی)، آزادی و احساس زن قالیباف را نسبت به رنگپردازی و نقشاندازی قالی خود نادیده گرفته و اختیار وی در خلق و آفرینش قالیاش از وی سلب شده است میتوان اینگونه بیان کرد که تحولات اجتماعی و اقتصادی این دوره نهایتا منجر به عدم تحقق حقوق اقتصادی و اجتماعی زنان قالیباف این منطقه و تنزل شأن اجتماعی حرفه قالیبافی شده است که کم و بیش تاکنون ادامه دارد.
Abstract:
Sultanabad is the name of one of the famous Iranian carpet weavers, which was later renamed Arak, and in the past produced rural-style carpets.In the Qajar period, with the provision of activities of multinational corporations such as Ziegler in this region, Sultan Abad becomes one of the carpet export and export centers of Iran. This process changes the carpet style of the region from rural to urban and changes the mode of production from home to the workshop. Among the women who have been responsible for the textiles of these rugs, they will have a new economic and social role as the carpet market grows. But contrary to the growth that was expected due to economic prosperity and employment and income for carpet weavers, these developments have different effects on carpet weaving in this region and as a result of the economic and social status of women of weaver of Sultanabad. This paper is descriptive -Analysis has been looking for influences and finally it is concluded that these social and economic developments have led to the lack of realization of the economic and social rights of the women of weaver in this region and the degradation of the social status of the carpentry industry, which has continued more or less so far.
