ﺟﻬﺎن درﺣﺎل وارد ﺷﺪن ﺑﻪ دوره ای اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﻧﮕﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﻧﻬﻔﺘﻪ ﺷﺪن اﻓﺮاد در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﮐﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺪم ﺗﺮک ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﯽﺷﻮد در اﺷﮑﺎل ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ وﺻﺪر ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت وﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﻄﺮح در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ رﻓﺘﺎرﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎی ﻋﺼﺮ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﺴﺎن ﻣﺤﻮر ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻧﯿﺮوی ﮐﺎر رﺿﺎﯾﺖ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺷﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﺷﻐﻞ، ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ و ﺑﻘﺎی آﻧﻬﺎ را ﺗﻀﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﺤﻮه ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻧﻬﻔﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺲ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻧﻈﺮی، ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اراﺋﻪ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ وﻧﻬﻔﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ وﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺮﺟﻊ در اﯾﻦ ﺣﻮزه ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل ﺑﺎ داده ﻫﺎی ﺟﻤﻊ آوری ﺷﺪه از 150 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻧﻔﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ روش PLS اﻗﺪام ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ درﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ GOF ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ0/506 ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ و در ﺳﻄﺢ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن 95%، ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﻬﻔﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻫﺎی ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻧﻔﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ وﺟﻮه ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻧﻬﻔﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ( ﻟﯿﻨﮏ، ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ، ﻗﺮﺑﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺪن) در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر و ﺧﺎرج از ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ وﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻦ در ﺑﺮوز رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺘﻌﻬﺪاﻧﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
The world is getting into a period that commitment, Job Satisfaction, Retention and Embedded of employees in the organization issues Which leads to Will not leaving the organization in various and different forms raised in the top threads and studies proposed in the field of "Organizational behavior ". Organizations in the new age are Human-centered organization that are the topic of human resources and labor, and Their satisfaction commitment to the job, will guarantee their success and survival. Accordingly,this study aimed to investigate the impact of job embeddedness on employees Organizational Commitment. After theoretical studies, the structural model provided to illustrate howto The relationship between organizational commitment and job embeddedness and by using prestigious questionnaires in these areas, data collected from 150 employees of Iranian Oil Terminal Companyand then model fitted by PLS method. Estimating model, GOF indicator was achived about 0. 506 so the structural model fitting was confirmed and in 95% level of reliability main model hypothesizes was verified. According to the study it was shown that the three aspects of job embeddedness (link, fitness, sacrifice) in the job and out of job are one of the factors predicting the incidence of staff is committed behavior.
