هدف از این مقاله ارائه مدلی برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر ورشکستگی شرکتها در ایران بوده است. جامعه آماری در مرحله کیفی 15 نفر از خبرگان در سه گروه 5نفره و برای نهایی نمودن سوالات پرسشنامه و در مرحله کمی 191 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و کارشناسان دادگستری بصورت تصادفی انتخاب و نظراتشان تحلیل شد. از 39 سوال پرسشنامه استفاده شده در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش دلفی 37 سمارکووال نهایی شده است . سپس از روش معادلات ساختاری و تایید عاملی استفاده شد تا تحلیل جامعی از تاثیر متغیرهای مکنون واجزای سازنده آنها بر ورشکستگی شرکتها در ایران صورت گیرد . یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند، پنچ عامل خطاهای مدیریتی، اعمال مجرمانه، بحرانهای محیطی، خطاهای حسابداری و عامل حوادث (طبیعی وغیر طبیعی) ابعاد اصلی مدل را تشکیل داده و بر وقوع ورشکستگی شرکتها موثر هستند. بنابراین بهره گیری از روش های نوین مدیریت در سطوح مختلف شرکت ها ابتدا در جهت جلوگیری از بروز عوامل ورشکستگی و در درجه دوم در جهت مهار و برون رفت از ورشکستگی شرکت ها سودمند خواهد بود.
This paper aimed to examine the role of management errors and accounting errors in the factors causing bankruptcy in Iranian firms. Using random sampling method, fifteen experts were recruited to collect the qualitative data. A questionnaire was prepared and finalized using the Delphi method. As for quantitative data, 191 experts accountants, auditors, judges, and lawyers participated in data collection. Research questions examined the relationships between five confounding variables with each other and the items of measurement of each confounding variable with the related variable by employing structural equation modeling method with partial least squares approach and LISREL software. The sample included 191 experts in bankruptcy. Regression was used to test the research questions, the results showed that five factors of managerial errors, criminal conducts, environmental crises, accounting errors, and unpredicted events were major causes of bankruptcy in Iranian firms, with managerial errors being the most important one. Therefore, using modern management techniques at different levels of firms will be useful in preventing managerial errors in decision making and rescuing firms from bankruptcy
