هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجارب زیسته معلمان در ارتباط با چالشهای آموزش به کودکان بیسرپرست در کلاس درس بود.به این منظور از رویکرد کیفی و روش روایت پژوهی استفاده شد.جامعه مورد مطالعه تمامی معلمانی بودند که تجربه و سابقه تدریس به کودکان بیسرپرست را داشتند بدین منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با 15 نفر از این معلمان مصاحبه به عمل آمد و کار گردآوری داده ها تا اشباع نظری پیش رفت.ابزار گردآوری دادها مصاحبه بدون ساختار و روش تحلیل پژوهش، روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بود. نتایج حاصل از دادهها حاکی از 9 درونمایه بود که عبارتند از: پرخاشگری،پندنپذیر،عدم تمرکز،فقر، افسردگی،کم صبری و بی طاقتی،تنهایی و انزوا و بی نظمی.بنابراین نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن بود که کودکان بی سرپرست دارای ویژگیهای رفتاری خاصی هستند که می بایست در آموزش آنها توجه ویژه ای به این رفتارها شود.این نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن بود که کودکان بی سرپرست دارای ویژگیهای رفتاری خاصی هستند که می بایست در آموزش آنها توجه ویژه ای به این رفتارها شود.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the lived experiences of teachers in relation to the challenges of educating homeless children in the classroom. For this purpose, a qualitative approach and narrative research method were used. The study population was all teachers who have experience and experience in teaching children. For this purpose, 15 of these teachers were interviewed using purposive sampling method and the data collection work proceeded to theoretical saturation. Data collection tool Interview without structure and research analysis method, qualitative content analysis method Was. The results of the data indicated 9 themes which are: aggression, unpredictability, lack of concentration, poverty, depression, impatience, loneliness and isolation and disorder. Therefore, the results of the present study indicated that Unaccompanied children have certain behavioral characteristics that should be given special attention in their education.
