عوامل روانی‌اجتماعی بسیاری از جمله سبک زندگی، افکار مزاحم، هیجانات منفی، خواب ناکافی می‌توانند موجب بروز بیماری مزمن پرفشاری خون شوند. امروزه یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر شیوع بیماری فشارخون بالا، عوامل روانی اجتماعی همچون استرس‌های پایدار و مزمن است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر استرس، افکار خودآیند منفی و کیفیت خواب بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا بود. برای این منظور، طی یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بوده 30نفر از بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا مراجعه‌کننده بخش به بیمارستان امام سجاد شهر تبریز به صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند، گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه مداخله‌ی درمانی شرکت کرد. گروهها قبل و بعد از اتمام مداخلات درمانی، از نظر استرس، افکار خودآیند منفی و کیفیت خواب مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره نشان داد درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، به صورت معناداری باعث کاهش استرس، کاهش افکار خودآیند منفی و بهبود کیفیت خواب در بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا شده است؛ لذا می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی موجب ارتقاء سلامت روان‌شناختی در این بیماران می‌شود.
Many psychosocial factors such as lifestyle, disturbing thoughts, negative emotions, insufficient sleep can cause chronic hypertension. Today, one of the factors influencing the prevalence of hypertension is psychosocial factors such as persistent and chronic stress. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on stress, negative automatic thoughts and sleep quality in patients with hypertension. For this purpose, in a quasi xperiential study with pre-test, post-test and control group, 30 patients with hypertension referred to Imam Sajjad Hospital in Tabriz were selected by available sample and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in 8 sessions of therapeutic intervention. The groups were evaluated for stress, negative automatic thoughts and sleep quality before and after the treatment interventions. The results of univariate analysis of covariance showed that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy significantly reduced stress and negative automatic thoughts and improved sleep quality in patients with hypertension; Therefore, it can be concluded that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy promotes psychological health in these patients

هدف اين پژوهش ، بررسي تاثير درمان شناختي مبتني بر ذهن آگاهي بر استرس، افکار خودآيند منفي و کيفيت خواب بيماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا بود.
نتايج تحليل کوواريانس تک متغيره نشان داد درمان شناختي مبتني بر ذهن آگاهي ، به صورت معناداري باعث کاهش استرس، کاهش افکار خودآيند منفي و بهبود کيفيت خواب در بيماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا شده است ؛ لذا مي توان نتيجه گرفت که درمان شناختي مبتني بر ذهن آگاهي موجب ارتقاء سلامت روانشناختي در اين بيماران ميشود.
بنابراين با توجه به آنچه گفته شد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين تاثير درمان شناختي مبتني بر ذهن آگاهي بر استرس، افکارخودآيند منفي و کيفيت خواب بيماران فشارخون بالا انجام شده است .
