Laughter yoga training encourages one to recognize positive and good experiences and to recognize their role in increasing and promoting self-respect and self-respect and self-esteem; Therefore, it seems that it is better to teach laughing yoga to female teachers with diabetes along with lifestyle changes and teaching ways to deal with stressful situations caused by the disease in order to achieve more lasting results.
