مقدمه:رابطه زناشویی زیربنای روابط خانوادگی و تربیت نسلهای آینده است.طلاق عاطفی یکی از مهمترین عوامل فروپاشی روابط زوجین و آسیبپذیری خانواده است.پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی رویکرد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک بر کاهش طلاق عاطفی زوجین انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: روش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی بود که با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین متقاضی طلاق بودند که به دادگاه خانواده شعبه باهنر تهران در سال 1397 مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد 24 زوج (24 نفر مرد،24 نفرزن) بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و تصادفی دردوگروه آزمایش (12 زوج) و کنترل (12 زوج) جایگزین شدند. آزمودنیهای در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری به مقیاس طلاق عاطفی گاتمن(1994) پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش طی 10 جلسهی 90 دقیقهای تحت آموزش رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک (DBT) قرار گرفتند. اما گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. دادههای جمعآوریشده با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی LSD تجزیهوتحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک در کاهش طلاق عاطفی زوجین در معرض طلاق مؤثر است و نتایج در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود. (05/0 p <)
نتیجهگیری: رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیک یک روش مؤثر در افزایش کیفیت روابط زناشویی است و آن را در پیشگیری از طلاق و کاهش طلاق عاطفی زوجین میتوان به کاربرد
Introduction: Marital relationship is the foundation of family relationships and educating future generations. Emotional divorce is one of the most important factors in the breakdown of marital relationships and family vulnerabilities. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of dialectical behavioral therapy approach on reducing emotional divorce in couples. Method: The method was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design and follow-up with control group. The statistical population of this study included all couples applying for divorce who had referred to the family court of Bahonar branch of Tehran in 1397. Twenty-four couples (24 males, 24 females) were randomly purposive sampling selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group (12 ccouple) and the control group (12 couple). Subjects in the three stages of pre-test, post-test, and follow-up responded to the Gattman (1994) emotional divorce scale. The experimental group was trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for 10 sessions for 90-minute. However, the control group did not receive any intervention. The collected data were analyzed using variance mixed with repeated measures and LSD test. Results: The results showed that dialectical behavioral therapy is effective in reducing the emotional divorce of couples exposed to divorce (PConclusion: Dialectical behavioral therapy is an effective method in increasing the quality of marital relations and it can be used in preventing divorce and reducing emotional divorce of couples.
