خلاصة:
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و باورهای فراشناختی با نگرانی در افراد مبتلا به نشانه های افسردگی بود.
روش : روش پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش اجرا از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های روانپزشکی شهر تبریز بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی می باشد که از طریق روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، پرسش نامه باورهای فراشناخت ولز، پرسش نامه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی داگاس و مقیاس نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا استفاده شد .
یافته ها: داد ها با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و باورهای فراشناختی با نگرانی در افراد مبتلا به افسردگی همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که سازه های عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و باورهای فراشناختی توانستند 45% از تغییرات نگرانی را تبیین کنند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش همسو با نتایج تحقیقات پیشین، نشان می دهد که در نظر گرفتن عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و باورهای فراشناختی در برنامه های آموزشی و مداخلات روان شناختی، می تواند در پیشگیری از اختلالات هیجانی، کاهش و درمان آن ها موثر باشد.
Aim: The present study aims to relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and worry and metacognitive beliefs in people with symptoms of depression.
Methods: The research method in terms of purpose is Practical and in terms of implementation method is descriptive- relationship. The study population consists of all patients with depression, psychiatric clinic of Tabriz.The sample consists of 60 patients with major depression who were selected through convenience sampling method.The Standard data collection tools in this research are Metacognitive beliefs of the questionnaire, Pennsylvania concerns a questionnaire and intolerance of uncertainty questionnaire.
Results: Statistical data analysis using multiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that the intolerance of uncertainty and worry and metacognitive beliefs in depressed patients there was a significant positive correlation. Multiple regression analysis showed that the structures IU and beliefs could explain 45% of the changes concern.
Conclusion: This study is consistent with results of previous studies suggest that taking IU and beliefs in education programs and psychological interventions can prevent emotional disorders, reduction and effective treatment.
