سنجش میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از عملکرد سازمان‎های خدمات‎‌رسان در شهر کوهدشت مقالة

امروزه با عنایت به پیچیدگی و تنوع نیازهای شهروندان و ملزومات نظام شهرنشینی، سازمان‏ها و نهاد‏های متعددی عهده‎دار عرضه خدمات مورد نیاز شهروندان می‏باشند. بدیهی است کمیت و کیفیت ارائه این خدمات نقش بسزایی در ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی شهروندان و افزایش میزان رضایتمندی آنها دارد. هدف این تحقیق سنجش میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از سازمان‏های خدمات رسان شهری (عمومی، خصوصی و دولتی) در شهر کوهدشت می‏باشد. روش‏ پژوهش در مقاله حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. بخشی از این تحقیق که مربوط به ادبیات موضوع است به روش توصیفی و بخش دیگر آن که مربوط به فعالیت‏های میدانی تحقیق است، به روش تحلیلی- پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش ساکنان شهر کوهدشت می‏باشند. برای برآرود حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده که حجم نمونه 383 نفر به دست آمده است. روش نمونه‌گیری استفاده شده در این تحقیق تصادفی ساده است. ابزار اصلی تحقیق پرسشنامه‏ای بود که روایی آن توسط پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (83/0=α) تأیید شده است. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از نرم افزار آماریSPSS استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‏دهد که میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از سازمان‏های خدمات رسان شهری در شهر کوهدشت پایین می‏باشد. همچنین رضایت شهروندان از سازمان‌های خدمات شهری در بین گروه‌های مختلف (جنس، سن، تحصیلات، مدت اقامت و اشتغال) تفاوت وجود دارد.

Today, due to the complexity and diversity of the needs of citizens and the requirements of the urbanization system, various organizations and institutions are in charge of providing the services needed by citizens. Obviously, the quantity and quality of providing these services have a significant role in improving the quality of life of citizens and increasing their satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to measure the satisfaction of citizens from urban services (public, private and public) in Kouhdasht city. The research methodology is descriptive-analytic and in terms of its purpose. Part of this research is related to the literature of the subject in a descriptive way and the other part is related to field research activities, conducted analytically-survey. The statistical population of this research is residents of Kouhdasht city. For sample size, the Cochran formula has been used for a sample size of 383 people. The sampling method used in this research is simple. The main instrument of the study was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.83). Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the research show that the satisfaction of citizens from urban services organizations in the city of Kouhdasht is low. Also, there is a difference in citizens' satisfaction with urban services organizations among different groups (gender, age, education, length of stay, and employment).
