Background and Aim: Many daily activities and sports skills require balance in a static and dynamic state, and are also considered a very important element in injury prevention; Therefore, the purpose of this study is to introduce different field methods, and their validity, to evaluate the balance and control posture and their validity of individuals.Materials and Methods: The present study is a systematic review using text review, and PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Scopus, Sport Discus, in external databases, as well as the Persian databases SID, MedLib, CIVILICA, ISC with a time limit 2000 to 2021 and the keywords, Balance, Posture Control, Functional Test, stability, was used for external and internal search engines. 660 articles were analyzed and finally, 13 articles were accepted. Results: The 13 articles that were selected based on the inclusion criteria mainly introduced different field methods of evaluating their balance and accuracy. The type of balance required in sports is different, and since different methods of measuring balance have been introduced, but the preparation of those tools is very expensive, Nowadays, experts are looking for easy and low-cost methods to be able to measure capabilities, including balance.
