هدف: بررسی تأثیر شکاف های گفتمانی موجود در جمهوری اسلامی بر مسئلۀ کارآمدی است. در این راستا، باید توجه داشت که، کارآمدی شاخص ارزیابی و مقبولیت مردمی حاکمیت‌ها است.این شاخص،نشان می‌دهدکه یک نظام‌سیاسی،چگونه توانسته است به اهداف خود،در عمل،دست یابد و یا تا چه حد با آن فاصله دارد.جمهوری‌اسلامی،نظامی است که از ابتدای حضور خود،بر مبنای گفتمان‌اسلامی_ایرانی،اهداف مشخصی را تعریف کرد و سعی نمود که به آن‌ها دست یابد. روششناسی پژوهش: گفتمان لاکلا و موفهیافته‌ها: این نظام، پس از گذراندن دورۀ تثبیت و پویایی خصوصاً در دوران جنگ تحمیلی، با وارد شدن به دورۀ جدید حیات خود پس از جنگ، با تحولاتی چند روبه‌رو شد. مسئلۀ تغییر رهبری، اصلاح قانون‌اساسی،تمرکز بیشتر قدرت در قوۀ مجریه، بازسازی کشور،تغییر در نظام بین‌الملل، موجب ایجاد شکاف‌هایی در میان نخبگان درون حکومت شد و هرچه پیشتر آمد،این شکاف‌ها موجب«تعارضات گفتمانی»گردید. خردهگفتمان‌های چهارگانه‌ای که از1368به این‌سو شکل گرفت موجب شدکه بخش مهمی از نیروی سیاسی کشور به‌جای پرداختن به امور اساسی ادارۀ کشور،به‌رفع یا دامن زدن به این تعارضات سیاسی بپردازند.نتیجه‌گیری: شکاف گفتمانی در جمهوری‌اسلامی، موجب بی‌ثباتی و ناکارآمدی نظام‌سیاسی شده و انسجام قدرت را در ایران به خطر انداخته است، که همین، خود بر تداوم ناکارآمدی و بی‌ثباتی، تأثیر مستقیم گذاشته است.واژگان کلیدیشکاف گفتمان اسلامی ایرانی،شکاف در حاکمیت،جمهوری‌اسلامی،کارآمدی نظام،ثبات سیاسی، بی‌ثباتی سیاسی
Objective: To investigate the impact of discourse gaps in the Islamic Republic on the issue of efficiency. In this regard, it should be noted that efficiency is an indicator of the evaluation and popular acceptance of governments. This indicator shows how a political system has been able to achieve its goals, in practice, or to what extent it is far from it. It is a system that from the beginning of its presence, based on the Islamic-Iranian discourse, defined specific goals and tried to achieve them.Research Methodology: Laclau and Mouffe DiscourseFindings: This system, after going through a period of stabilization and dynamism, especially during the imposed war, entered a new period of its life after the war, and faced several changes. The issue of leadership change, constitutional reform, greater concentration of power in the executive branch, reconstruction of the country, change in the international system, created divisions among the elites within the government, and as they progressed, these divisions led to "discourse conflicts." The four sub-discourses that have been formed since 1989 have caused a significant part of the country's political force to resolve or incite these political conflicts instead of addressing the basic issues of the country's administration.Conclusion: The discourse gap in the Islamic Republic has led to instability and inefficiency of the political system and has jeopardized the cohesion of power in Iran, which in itself has had a direct impact on the persistence of inefficiency and instability.KeywordsGap of Iranian Islamic Discourse, Gap in Sovereignty, Islamic Republic, System Efficiency, Political Stability, Political Instability

ارکان اساسي اين دولت همه مدرن هستند، اما آنچه به صورت گفتمان و با توجه به هژمون شدن يک گفتمان بايد به آن نگريست اين است که ارکان گفتمان اسلام فقاهتي تا حد زيادي بر ارکان مدرن دولت تسلط داشته و نشان ميدهد که ولايت فقيه و در تبديل بعدي آن ولايت مطلقه ي فقيه مبناي دولت در جمهوري اسلامي است ، چرا که در مفصل بندي دال هاي گفتمان انقلاب اسلامي، فقاهت سياسي، دال مرکزي آن بود.
اين مفصل بندي جديد، بيش از همه بر دال «توسعه سياسي» توجه داشت و بر مبناي آن ، بر اصلاح ساختار قدرت در جمهوري اسلامي تأکيد دارد، از اين رو ميتوان آن را گفتماني «اصلاح طلبانه » دانست ، چنان که هواداران اين خرده گفتمان نيز تأکيد بسياري بر آن دارند و حتي زماني که درباره ي توسعه سياسي سخن نميگويند شأن «اصلاح گرايانه » را به عنوان دال مرکزي و بنيادي براي خود محفوظ ميدارند.
