با توجه به شیوع اختلال خوردن در بین نوجوانان، مشخص کردن فاکتورهای قابل تعدیل که سبب ایجاد رفتار سالم خوردن می‌گردد، می‌تواند مسئله‌ای مهم باشد. هدف اصلی در پژوهش حاضر بررسی عملکرد حافظه گذشته‌نگر و آینده‌نگر و نقش بی‌نظمی هیجانی در بین دختران نوجوان دچار بی‌اشتهایی روانی، اضافه‌وزن و وزن عادی بود. طرحپژوهش علی مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری کلیه نوجوانان دختر 13-18 ساله مقطع متوسطه شهر شیراز بود که با روش خوشهای یک ناحیه به طور تصادفی انتخاب شد سپس با انتخاب 4 دبیرستان و از هر مقطع یک کلاس در مرحله بعدی، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 50 نفر که وضعیت نامطلوبی (نمرات بالا و پایین) در پرسشنامه نگرش به تغذیه داشتند انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه حافظه آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر اسمیت و همکاران (۲۰۰۰) و پرسشنامه استاندارد نگرش به تغذیه کارنر و همکاران (1979) و پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز و رومر (2004) بهره گرفته شد. با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS20و آزمون‌های تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و تعقیبی تفاوت میانگین‌ها بررسی شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد میانگین عملکرد حافظه گذشته‌نگر در گروه عادی اختلاف معنی‌داری با گروه اضافه‌وزن و بی‌اشتهایی روانی دارد (P<. /001). همچنین بین گروه‌ها در عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر و بی‌نظمی هیجانی اختلاف معنی‌داری دیده شد (P<. /001). در مجموع گروه‌های اضافه‌وزن و بی‌اشتهایی روانی در شاخص‌های عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر، گذشته‌نگر و بی‌نظمی هیجانی نسبت به گروه عادی تفاوت معناداری داشتند از این میان گروه اضافه وزن در کلیه متغیرها وضعیت بدتری داشتند (P<. /001). بنابراین توجه به این مسائل در آسیب‌شناسی اختلالات خوردن، می‌تواند نقش بسزای داشته باشد.
Given the prevalence of eating disorders among adolescents, identifying adjustable factors that lead to healthy eating behavior can be an important issue. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the function of retrospective and prospective memory and the role of emotional disorder among adolescent girls with mental anorexia, overweight and normal weight. The target population included all 13-18 year-old girls in Shiraz, included a sample of 15 people in each group by clustering method from 4 schools and based on students' scores in the nutrition attitude questionnaire in the relevant groups. To gather information, Smith et al.'s (2000) prospective and retrospective memory questionnaire and the standard questionnaire of Carner's et al.'s (1979) attitude and the difficult questionnaire for regulating the excitement of Gratz and Romer (2004) were used. One-way and follow-up analysis of variance tests were used to investigate the differences between the means. The findings show that the average performance of retrospective memory in the normal group is significantly different from the overweight and anorexia nervosa group(P<./001).. There was also a significant difference between the groups studied in the performance of prospective memory and emotional disorder(P<./001).. Overweight and anorexia nervosa groups differed significantly from normal group in the indicators of prospective, retrospective, and emotional memory function. So paying attention to these issues can play an important role in the pathology of eating disorders.
