خلاصة:
یکی از ویژگی های مهم قرن بیست‌و‌یکم- به‌ویژه پس از بحران اقتصادی سال 2008- افول تدریجی هژمونی ایالات‌متحده در سطح نظام بین الملل است. با توجه به نفوذ و سلطه ایالات‌متحده بر منطقه غرب آسیا، طبیعی است که این افول هژمونی نتایجی را بر این منطقه خواهد داشت. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی تلاش شده تا به این سؤال اصلی پاسخ داده شود که نتایج افول هژمونی ایالات‌متحده بر منطقه غرب آسیا چه خواهد بود. در این مقاله، در چارچوب نظریه افول هژمونی فرض بر این است که هم‌زمان با افول هژمونی ایالات‌متحده، تعهدات منطقه ای این کشور نیز در خصوص متحدین خود کاهش خواهد یافت و نتایج آن در سه سطح داخلی، منطقه ای و بین المللی شکل خواهد گرفت. در سطح داخلیِ کشورهای متحد ایالات‌متحده، بحران‌های داخلی از قبیل بحران مشروعیت و مسائل حقوق‌بشر بیشتر نمایان خواهد شد. در سطح منطقه ای، زمینه برای حل اختلافات منطقه ای شکل خواهد گرفت. در سطح بین الملل نیز فرصت برای حضور بازیگران فرامنطقه ای از قبیل چین و روسیه بیشتر فراهم خواهد شد. بر این اساس، پیشنهادهایی برای شبکه‌های برون‌مرزی صداوسیما جهت تنویر افکار عمومی منطقه غرب آسیا در خصوص افول هژمونی آمریکا در انتهای مقاله ارائه شده است.
One of the main features of the early 21st century- specially after 2008 economic crisis - is declining of US in international system and in the different regions of the world. Considering of US domination in the west Asia region, it is clear that this declining has some consequences on this region. In this manuscript the descriptive-analytical method is applied and the question is that what are the consequences of US declining of hegemony on west Asia region? In this manuscript the hypothesis is that the declining of US hegemony has decreased its regional commitments, simultaneously. The effects of this declining have divided in three national, regional and international parts. In national area the legitimacy crisis and human right problems will restart in dictatorship regimes of this region. In regional level, declining can pave the way for resolving regional discriminations and conflicts and it leads to cooperation among this region states. Finally, in international level, the opportunity for Chain and Russia will increase compare to the past. So, at the end of this manuscript some advices have been mentioned for international media, that can lead to enlightment of publc opinion in west asai.
