زمینه و هدف: پاسخگویی از ضرورتها و نیازهای یک نظام کارآمد و خدمتگزار است. نظر به موج بیکاری بهویژه در قشر دارای تحصیلات عالی در کشور، دانشگاهها متهم به ناکارآمدی در قبال پاسخگویی به بازارکارند که این امر میبایست با بررسی ابعاد مختلف موضوع، شناسایی و ارائه شود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای پاسخگویی دانشگاههای کشور به بازارکار با استفاده از روش فراترکیب تدوین شد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات اسنادی فراترکیب بود. نمونه اولیه پژوهش شامل343 مطالعه مرتبط بود که پس از غربالگری اولیه، 201 مقاله و سند مبنای استخراج یافتهها قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: 19مؤلفه در 3 بعد استخراج شد. بعد آموزشی، مهارتی و پژوهشی (8 مؤلفه)، بعد برنامهریزی درسی(7 مؤلفه)، بعد ساختاری و مدیریتی (4 مؤلفه).
نتیجهگیری: توجه و اهتمام ویژه سیاستگذاران و برنامهریزان آموزشعالی به مولفههای 19 گانه حاصل از این پژوهش از جمله: ارائه آموزش مهارتی مبتنی بر بازارکار، تدوین برنامههای درسی کاربردی طبق نیاز بازارکار، توجه بیشتر روسا و هیئت امنای دانشگاهها به ضرورت پاسخگویی درقبال بازارکار، مشارکت ذینفعان درطراحی و تدوین برنامه درسی، انگیزه بخشی و ارتقا توان اعضای هیئت علمی در تربیت دانشآموختگان شایسته برای بازار کار درهررشته و حرکت به سمت آموزشها و پژوهشهای کاربردی و تقاضامحور، میتواند موجب کم شدن شکاف وضع موجود با وضعیت مطلوب دانشگاهها شده، گام مهمی در جهت پاسخگویی به بازار کار و به خصوص کاهش بیکاری و افزایش رضایت دانشآموختگان و صاحبان کسب وکار و بازارکار فراهم شود.
Background: Accountibility is one of necessities of an efficient and serving system. Due to unemployment wave especially in higher educated graduates in Iran, universities are accused of insufficiency in responding to labor market, which should be identified and presented by studying different dimesions of this subject. Accordingly.
Methods: To investigate dimensions of accountability of universities to labor market by using metasynthesis method, with applicable goal and metasynthesis data collection. Primary literature review consisted of 343 related studies. After initial screening, 201 articles and documents are selected to extract findings.
Results: The researsh implies 19 elements through 3dimensions: educational, skill and research dimension (8 elemants), curriculum dimension (7 elements), management and structural dimension (4elements).
Conclusion: Special attention of higher education policy makers and planners to the 19 components resulting from this research, including: providing skills training based on the labor market, formulating practical curricula according to the needs of the labor market, more attention of the heads and board of trustees of the university for accountability in the labor market, stakeholder participation in curriculum design, motivation and capacity building of faculty members in training graduates suitable for the labor market in each field and moving towards applied and demand-oriented education and research; can reduce the gap between the current situation and the favorable situation of universities and provide an important step towards responding to the labor market, especially reducing unemployment and increasing the satisfaction of graduates and business owners and the labor market.
