خلاصة:
ملخص البحث : الهدف : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين المراهقين الصم والعاديين فى إساءة المعاملة المدرکة ( الجسمية – النفسية – الجنسية ) فى مرحلة الطفولة ، والإضطرابات النفسية (الاکتئاب). والتعرف على العلاقة بين إساءة المعاملة المدرکة فى مرحلة الطفولة والإضطرابات النفسية (الاکتئاب) لدى المراهقين الصم والعاديين . العينة : تکونت عينة الدراسة السيکومترية من ( 71 ) مراهق أصم ، و ( 71 ) مراهق عادى. الأدوات المستخدمة : أ-استبيان خبرات الإساءة في مرحلة الطفولة : إعداد (عماد محمد مخيمر وعماد علي عبد الرازق ، 2004 ) ب-ومقياس الاکتئاب ( د-2 ) إعداد ( غريب عبد الفتاح غريب ، 2000) النتائج : من أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة : 1-لا توجد فروق داله إحصائياً بين متوسطى درجات عينتى الدراسة من المراهقين الصم والعاديين علي مقياس إساءة المعاملة المدرکة ( الجسمية – النفسية – الجنسية ) في مرحلة الطفولة. وتوجد فروق داله إحصائياً بين متوسطى درجات عينتى الدراسة من المراهقين الصم والعاديين علي مقياس إساءة المعاملة المدرکة (الجنسية ) في مرحلة الطفولة لصالح المراهقين الصم. 2-توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطى درجات عينتى الدراسة من المراهقين الصم والعاديين فى اضطراب الاکتئاب لصالح المراهقين الصم . 3-توجد علاقة بين إساءة المعاملة المدرکة فى مرحلة الطفولة واضطراب الإکتئاب لدى عينتى الدراسة من المراهقين الصم والعاديين .
Abstract
Aims of the study:
This study aims to identify differences among adolescents in the
deaf and those who keep account of abuse (physical — mental — sexual), as
perceived in child hood and depression.
And to identify the relationship between abuse as perceived deaf and
normal adolescents, and to identify the depression Among deaf and normal
adolescents.
Sample of the study:
Psychometric study sample consisted of 71 deaf adolescents and 71
normal adolescents .
Tools of the study:-
A- abuse’s Experience in child hood: prepared by (Mukhaimar Mohammed
and Emad Ali Abdel Razek, 2004).
B-Depression test: Prepared by Ghareeb Abd-Ftah Ghareeb,2000).
Results of the study:
The most important results of the study:
1- No statistically significant differences between deaf and normal
adolescent on a scale of abuse ( physical — psychological — sexual ) as
they think in child hood. And statistically significant differences between
deaf and normal adolescent on a scale of abuse (sexual) as they think in
child hood for the deaf adolescent .
2- There is statistically significant differences between deaf And normal
adolescent in the depressive disorder for the deaf adolescent .
3- There is relationship between abuse and depression among deaf
adolescent and normal adolescent.
