مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ارائه یک الگو برای مدیریت بینالمللیسازی آموزش در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی کشور انجام شد.روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش در سال 1400 با رویکرد کیفی-کمی، و با نمونهگیری هدفمند و با مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از استادان و خبرگان حوزه بینالمللیسازی آموزش انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است. نمونهگیری به صورت هدفمند تا رسیدن دادهها به حد اشباع ادامه یافت.یافتهها: با تحلیل دادهها، 18 مقوله اصلی و 43 مقوله فرعی استخراج شد. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، عوامل علی شامل، زیرساختها، استانداردهای لازم، امکانات موجود و ضرورتهای بینالمللیسازی، هستند. عوامل مداخلهگر شامل، شرایط سیاسی حاکم بر کشور، مراکز آموزشی و دانشگاهی، عوامل محیطی، یکپارچگی مدیریتی و عوامل اجرایی، است. عوامل زمینهای شامل، فضای رقابتی و نگرش به پدیده جهانی شدن و راهبردها به صورت فرهنگسازی و ایجاد ساختار مناسب علمی و پژوهشی، میباشد. پیامدهای مدل مدیریت سیستم بینالمللیسازی آموزش نیز شامل، دستاوردهای فرهنگی، دستاوردهای اقتصادی، دستاوردهای ارتباطی و دستاوردهای آموزشی است.بحث و نتیجهگیری: بخش علوم پزشکی در کشور برای باقی ماندن در عرصه رقابت جهانی ناگزیر است که به بینالمللیسازی آموزش به عنوان یک نگرش جهانی توجه نموده و شرایط را برای تحقق آن فراهم آورد
Introduction: The aim of this study was to provide a model for the internationalization of education management in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.research methodology: This research was conducted in 1400 with a qualitative-quantitative approach, with purposeful sampling and with in-depth semi-structured interviews with 15 professors and experts in the field of internationalization of education. The research method is applied in terms of purpose. Purposeful sampling was continued until the data reached saturation.Findings: By analyzing the data, 18 main categories and 43 sub-categories were extracted. According to the research findings, causal factors include infrastructure, necessary standards, available facilities and internationalization needs. Interfering factors include the political situation in the country, educational and academic centers, environmental factors, managerial integrity and executive factors. Underlying factors include the competitive environment and attitudes towards the phenomenon of globalization and strategies in the form of culture and the creation of an appropriate scientific and research structure. The implications of the international education system management model also include cultural achievements, economic achievements, communication achievements, and educational achievements.Conclusion: In order to remain in the global competition, the medical sciences sector in the country needs to pay attention to the internationalization of education as a global approach and provide the conditions for its realization.
