در دهه‌های اخیر، عموم کشورهای جهان با مسائل و مشکلات اشتغال درگیرند، کمبود شغل به‌عنوان یک معضل اجتماعی و اقتصادی باعث اثرگذاری منفی بر توسعه اقتصادی کشورهای درگیر شده است، این امر منجر به توجه بیشتر به امر اشتغال در میان کشورهای در حال توسعه شده است. حال اگر ایران بخواهد مسیر اقتصاد مقاومتی مدنظر رهبر انقلاب اسلامی را دنبال کند باید به ظرفیت‌های کسب‌وکارهای حوزه تجارت الکترونیک توجه نماید. موفقیت این کسب‌وکارهای هم درگرو استراتژی‌های اتخاذ شده از سوی مؤسسین و شرایط محیطی کسب‌وکار می‌باشد، که با داشتن یک مدل منسجم تجاری‌سازی فعالیت‌های کسب-وکار خود می‌توانند مشکلات و چالش‌های پیشروی خود را به حداقل ممکن کاهش دهند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به تبین و طراحی مدل تجاری‌سازی خدمات ارائه شده توسط کسب‌وکارهای فعال در زمینه تجارت الکترونیک می‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی است با رویکرد نظریة داده بنیاد انجام گرفته است. میدان پژوهش، مؤسسین شرکت‌های تازه بنیاد و افراد مطلع در زمینه تجاری‌سازی خدمات ارائه شده توسط کسب‌وکارهای حوزه تجارت الکترونیک بوده‌اند. در این راستا، از نمونه-گیری هدفمند در ابندا و در ادامه از روش گلوله برفی استفاده شد. شمار مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص اشباع نظری به 14 نفر رسید. داده‌ها به روش مصاحبه عمیق و اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنی گردآوری شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان-دهندة 22 مقوله اصلی است که به صورت پارادایمی ترسیم شده است. در هسته مدل پارادایمی تجاری‌سازی خدمات قرار دارد.

Reduce themselves to a minimum. Therefore, the present study explains and designs the commercialization model of services provided by businesses active in the field of e-commerce. The present study is a qualitative research with the foundation data theory approach. The field of research has been the founders of start-ups and knowledgeable individuals in the field of commercialization of services provided by e-commerce businesses. In this regard, purposive sampling was used in Abenda and then the snowball method was used. The number of participants in the study using the theoretical saturation index reached 14 people. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and library and internship documents. The research results show 22 main categories that are drawn in a paradigm. At the core of the paradigm model is the commercialization of services.
