خلاصة:
هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی زوج درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و خود دلسوزی شناختی بر بهبود سازگاری زناشویی و عزت نفس جنسی زوجین در معرض طلاق شهر اردبیل بود. طرح تحقیق این پژوهش آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش، را کلیه زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به مراکز کاهش طلاق شهر اردبیل در سال 1397 تشکیل میدهند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 نفر از زوجین مراجع کننده به مرکز کاهش طلاق شهر اردبیل بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه گمارده شدند. پژوهش با کمک پرسشنامههای سازگاری زناشویی گراهام و اسپنیر و عزت نفس جنسی زینا و همکاران جمع آوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آنالیز تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری (MANCOVA) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که زوج درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و خود دلسوزی شناختی (CMT) نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معنی داری بر سازگاری و عزت نفس جنسی اثر بخش بودهاند (001/0≥P). بنابراین با توجه به اثر بخشی زوج درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و خود دلسوزی شناختی (CMT) میتوان از این مداخلات در محیطهای مشاوره و روان درمانی خانواده استفاده کرد.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of couples-based therapy based on acceptance and commitment and cognitive self-compassion on improving marital adjustment and sexual self-esteem of couples who were exposed to divorce in Ardebil. The research design was a pretest-posttest test with a control group. The statistical society of this study is all couples applying for divorce referring to divorce reduction centers of Ardabil city in 1397. The research sample consisted of 60 couples referring to divorce reduction center in Ardabil who were selected by random sampling and randomly assigned to two groups of control and control group. The research was conducted with Graham and Spenier marital adjustment questionnaire and sexual self-esteem (Zina et al.). Multivariate analysis of covariance analysis (MANCOVA) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that acceptance and commitment (ACT) and cognitive self-compassion (CMT) couples had a significant effect on sexual compatibility and self-esteem (P <0.001). Therefore, due to the efficacy of cognitive-acceptance (ACT) and cognitive self-healing (CMT), these interventions can be used in family counseling and psychotherapy settings.
