ظام خانواده دارای ظرفیت کاهش رنج‌های اعضای آن است و وضیت ارتباطی و هیحانی زوجین نقش بنیادی در ایمنی روانی این نظام دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر آموزش غنی‌سازی مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر الگوهای ارتباطی و تنظیم شناختی هیجانی زوجین پرداخت. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی (پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه) بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوج‌های مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خدمات روان‌شناختی و مشاوره شهر قروه در نیمسال دوم 1396 و نیمسال اول 1397 بود (70 زوج) که بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج 40 نفر از داوطلبان انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به شیوه اختصاص فرد به گروه در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. سپس برای آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش جلسات آموزش غنی‌سازی به‌صورت گروهی برگزار شد و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه الگوهای ارتباطی Christensen & Sullaway (1984) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان توسطGarnefski (2001) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره در نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که عمل آزمایشی موثر بوده است؛ یعنی آموزش غنی‌سازی مبتنی بر رویکرد درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر بعد سازنده متقابل در زوجین دارای تاثیر معناداری بوده است (01/0>P). همچنین آموزش غنی‌سازی مبتنی بر رویکرد درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر بعد سرزنش خود در زوجین دارای تاثیر معناداری بوده است (01/0>P). بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، آموزش غنی‌سازی مبتنی بر درمان تعهـد و پـذیرش می‌تواند باعث بهبود الگوهای ارتباطی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زوجین شود و در کاهش تنش‌ها و چالش‌های ارتباطی زوجین موثر باشد.
Background: The family system can reduce the sufferings of its members, and the communication and emotional state of the couple play a fundamental role in the psychological safety of this system. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of enrichment training based on acceptance and commitment therapy on communication patterns and emotional cognitive regulation of couples. Method: The study method is quasi-experimental (pre-test-post-test with the control group). The statistical population included all couples referring to psychological and counseling centers in Qorveh and 40 volunteers were selected based on entry and exit criteria and randomly assigned to the group in experimental and control groups. Then, enrichment training sessions were held in groups for the experimental group and the control group did not receive any intervention. For data collection, the Communication Patterns Questionnaire by Christensen & Sullaway (1984) and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire by Garnefski (2001) were used. The data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance in SPSS software. Findings: The results of the present study showed that the experimental intervention was effective. That is, enrichment training based on the approach of acceptance and commitment treatment has a significant effect on the reciprocal constructive dimension in couples (P Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, enrichment training based on commitment and acceptance therapy can improve communication patterns and cognitive regulation of emotion in couples and be effective in reducing couples’ tensions and communication challenges.
