بررسی ارتباط خشونت خانگی با بلوغ زودرس دختران سطح اول متوسطه شهر شیراز مقالة

هدف: این پژوهش درصدد بررسی یکی از جنبه‌های این مسئله و بررسی مسائلی است که بر بلوغ زودرس دختران تأثیر گذاشته و سبب آسیب‌های جسمی و اجتماعی برای آنان شده است؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی خشونت خانوادگی با بلوغ زودرس دختران سطح اول متوسطه شهر شیراز می‌باشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی _ تحلیلی می‌باشد که به صورت پیمایشی انجام‌ شده است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختران سطح اول متوسطه چهار ناحیه شیراز که محدوده سنی آن‌ها یازده تا دوازده‌ساله بوده‌اند؛ که طبق استعلام تعداد 4100 دانش‌آموز مشغول به تحصیل بودند و با توجه به حجم نمونه کوکران 351 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق در نظر گرفته شد. برای دست‌یابی به اهداف تحقیق از پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات فردی به منظور شناخت ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی، پرسش‌نامه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که در بخش خشونت اجتماعی 23 سؤال و در بخش بلوغ زود رس 9 سوال می‌باشد. روایی هر دو پرسشنامه به تأیید متخصصین رسید و پایایی آن‌ها در یک مطالعه مقدماتی با 30 نفر آزمودنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پایایی آن‌ها به ترتیب 89/0 برای خشونت خانگی و 88/0 برای بلوغ زودرس محاسبه شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای تحقیق رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد با توجه به ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین متغیر خشونت خانگی و ابعاد آن با متغیر بلوغ جنسی زودرس رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (Sig ≤ 05/0).

Purpose: This research aims to investigate one of the aspects of this problem and examine the issues that have affected the early puberty of girls and caused physical and social damage to them. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to investigate family violence with precocious puberty among first-level high school girls in Shiraz. Method: The current research is of a descriptive-analytical type, which was conducted as a survey. The statistical population under study is all female students of the first level of high school in four districts of Shiraz, whose age range was 11 to 12 years; According to the inquiry, 4100 students were studying and according to the sample size of Cochran, 351 people were considered as the research sample. In order to achieve the goals of the research from the personal information questionnaire in order to know the demographic characteristics, the researcher made a questionnaire which has 23 questions in the social violence section and 9 questions in the precocious puberty section. The validity of both questionnaires was confirmed by experts and their reliability was investigated in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and their reliability was calculated as 0.89 for domestic violence and 0.88 for precocious puberty.
