تحلیل رفتار متقابل یکی از نظریاتی است که روابط بین فردی، فرایند حوادث زندگی و واکنشهای متقابل افراد با یکدیگر توجه بسیار داشته و برای مسائل بین فردی، راهکارهای کاربردی ارائه داده است؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر بلوغ عاطفی و باورهای ارتباطی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از بین زنان داوطلب ازدواج و مراجعه کننده به مرکز درمانی گلابچی و کلینیک روان آرام شهر کاشان در نیمه دوم سال 1398 جهت مشاوره پیش از ازدواج، تعداد 52 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (26 نفر) و گواه (26 نفر) قرار گرفتند. زنان در مرحله پیش آزمون به پرسشنامههای بلوغ عاطفی سینک و بهارگاوا (1984) و باورهای ارتباطی ایدلسون و اپستین (1981) پاسخ دادند. جلسات گروه درمانی برای گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه (دوره زمانی 2 ماهه) برگزار شد و مجدداً در پایان جلسات پرسشنامهها توسط گروه کنترل و آزمایش تکمیل شدند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد آموزش تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر ثبات عاطفی و باورهای ارتباطی غیرمنطقی زنان داوطلب ازدواج اثربخش بوده است (05/0p). با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود در مراکز مشاوره از آموزههای تحلیل رفتار متقابل، برای مجهز ساختن زنان داوطلب ازدواج به مهارتهای ارتباطی مناسب و رضایت بخش استفاده شود.
Interpersonal Behavior Analysis is one of the theories that has paid much attention to interpersonal relationships, the process of life events and the interactions of individuals with each other and has provided practical solutions to interpersonal issues; Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of interaction behavior analysis on emotional maturity and communication beliefs. The research method was quasi-experimental and the pretest-posttest design was with the control group. Among the women who volunteered for marriage and referred to Golabchi Medical Center and Psychiatric Clinic in Kashan in the second half of 2020 for premarital counseling, 52 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly in the experimental group (26 people). ) And witness (26 people) were included. In the pre-test, women answered the Sink and Bahargawa (1984) Emotional Maturity Questionnaire and the Idelson and Epstein (1981) Communication Beliefs Questionnaire. Group therapy sessions were held for the experimental group for 8 sessions (period of 2 months) and again at the end of the sessions the questionnaires were completed by the control and experimental groups. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. The results showed that interaction behavior analysis training was effective on emotional stability and irrational communication beliefs of women volunteering for marriage (p <0.05). According to the research findings, it is suggested to use the teachings of reciprocal behavior analysis in counseling centers to equip women volunteers with appropriate and satisfactory communication skills.
