هدف از این پژوهش تعیین رابطه خوداثرمندی تحصیلی و خودشفقت ورزی با اختلالهای تنظیم هیجان در نوجوان با در نظر گرفتن نقش تعدیل گر جنسیت بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه (160 نفر؛80 دختر و 80 پسر) در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 منطقه 1 و 2 شهر تهران بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشهای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود و به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از مقیاسهای خوداثرمندی تحصیلی، خودشفقتورزی و اختلال تنظیم هیجان استفاده شد. دادههای این پژوهش با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و ورگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که خوداثرمندی تحصیلی و خودشفقت ورزی در پیشینی اختلال تنظیم هیجان نوجوانان معنی دار بود (05/0p<). از طرفی نقش تعدیل گر جنسیت دررابطه بین خودشفقت با اختلالهای تنظیم هیجان معنی دار شد و بدین معناست که جنسیت بر جهت و رابطه بین این دو متغیر تاثیر گذاشت(05/0p<)؛ اما این تعدیل گری در رابطه خوداثرمندی تحصیلی و اختلال تنظیم هیجان برقرار نبود (05/0p>). براساس یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که خوداثرمندی تحصیلی و خودشفقت ورزی با اختلال تنظیم هیجان در نوجوانان ارتباط دارند و با تقویت خودشفقت ورزی و خوداثرمندی تحصیلی میتوان به بهبود اختلالهای تنظیم هیجان نوجوانان کمک کرد.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-compassion with emotion regulation disorder in adolescents along with the role of gender moderator. The statistical population of the study was all high school students (160; 80 girls and 80 boys) in the academic year 1399-99 in districts 1 and 2 of Tehran who were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling.The method of this research was descriptive and correlational and in order to collect information, scales of academic self-efficacy, self-compassion and emotion regulation disorder were used. The data of this study were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. The results showed that academic self-efficacy and self-compassion were significant in predicting adolescent emotion regulation disorder (p 0.05). Based on the findings, it can be concluded that academic self-efficacy and self-compassion are associated with emotion regulation disorders in adolescents and by strengthening academic self-compassion and self-efficacy can help improve adolescent emotion regulation disorders.
