این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدل ارزیابی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی با رویکرد مقایسه‌پذیری دانشگاه‌های آینده انجام گرفته‌است. روش تحقیق توصیفی، هدف کاربردی و به روش آمیخته بوده‌است. داده‌های بخش کیفی به روش اسنادی و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 نفر از خبرگان جمع‌آوری گردید. این افراد به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا تحلیل و کدگذاری و شاخص‌های اولیه شناسایی شد و بر اساس آن پرسشنامه‌ای با 5 بعد، 32 مؤلفه و 66 شاخص طراحی گردید. در بخش کمّی، از بین اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه آزاد مشهد تعداد 148 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده نمونه‌گیری شدند. داده‌های این بخش به روش معادلات ساختاری براساس حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار حداقل مربعات جزئی اعتبارسنجی شدند. مطابق یافته‌ها، ارزیابی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی (با اعتبار سازه 90/0) شامل پنج مؤلفه ارزیابی محرک‌های کارآفرینی دانشگاهی (12 شاخص، 68/0)، توانمندسازها (10 شاخص، 83/0)، فعالیت‌های جریان سوم (28 شاخص، 93/0)، تأثیرات درونی (6 شاخص، 81/0) و تأثیرات بیرونی (10 شاخص، 88/0) است که هر یک از مؤلفه‌ها به ترتیب با 22، 21، 26، 24 و 23 درصد تغییرات سازه ارزیابی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی را تبیین می‌کنند. مقدار شاخص برازش ریشه میانگین مربعات باقیمانده استاندارد مدل اشباع 085/0 حاصل گردید. این مدل با ارائه چشم‌اندازی از بازیگران و مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی کارآفرینی دانشگاهی و شاخص‌های کلیدی آنها، درک مطلوبی از فرایند ارزیابی ایجاد کرده و امکان سنجش کارآفرینی دانشگاهی و مؤلفه‌های آن را فراهم‌کرده که می‌تواند مبنای مقایسه دانشگاه‌ها و معیاری برای تصمیم‌گیری و انتخاب راهبردهای استراتژیک و جهت‌گیری دانشگاه‌های آینده قرار گیرد.
This research is done to present the academic entrepreneurship evaluation model . The Descriptive research method is operational and through medley manner. Data of qualitative part were collected according to the documentary approach and a semi-structured interview with 20 professionals. These people have been chosen through purposive sampling style to theoretically saturate the information. The details were analyzed, coded in MAXQDA and based on the preliminary indicates which were identified, the form with 5 dimensions,32 components and 66 indicators was designed. In the quantitative part, a total of 148 people were sampled by simple random sampling among faculty members in the Azad University. The data of this part were validated by the method of structural equations based on partial least squares using the smart-PLS. According to the figures, evaluation of university entrepreneurship (with structural validity of 0.90) includes five components of evaluation of academic entrepreneurship stimuli (12 indicators,0.68), enables (10 indicators,0.83), third flow activities (28 indicates,0.93), effects internal (6 indicators,0.81) and external influences (10 indictors,0.88) that each of the components explains with 22,21,26,24 and 23% changes in the structure of academic entrepreneurship evaluation, respectively. The value of the SRMR fit index of the saturation model is 0.085. This model with presenting the view of actors and university entrepreneurship components and their key indicators creates an optimal understanding of measuring the academic entrepreneurship and its components which can be the basis of comparison of universities and can also be as a criterion for decision-making and selection of strategic of future universities.
