بررسی تاثیر نماهای ساختمانی بر تغییرات دما در دره‌های شهری در اقلیم کلان شهرها (نمونه موردی: کلان شهر تهران ) مقالة

دره‌های شهری در معرض تابش خورشیدی بر تشدید ریز اقلیم‌ها موثر است. جرم حرارتی مصالح نما و خصوصیات حرارتی سطوح در تشدید جزیره حرارتی شهری(UHI) تاثیر دارد. افزایش دما سبب دور شدن از شرایط آسایش محیطی و افزایش مصرف انرژی در شهرها می شود. با بررسی رفتار حرارتی مصالح نما و خصوصیات حرارتی آنها می‌توان به میزان تاثیرآنها بر افزایش دما دست یافت. جهت دست‌یابی به این امر با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک SPA2 تاثیر مصالح بر افزایش دما بررسی شده است. برای این منظور ابتدا یک مدل خیابان با شرایط اقلیمی شهر تهران در نظر گرفته شده و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای گرس‌هاپر و لیدی‌باگ، رفتار حرارتی مصالح نما و نسبت پنجره به دیوار (WWR) و ارتفاع نما به عرض خیابان بر تغییرات دمایی دره حرارتی بررسی شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که دمای تابشی محیط در مصالح با نماهای شیشه ای و سطوح انعکاسی افزایش بیشتری یافت.

Urban valleys exposed to solar radiation are effective in intensifying microclimates. The thermal mass of the facade materials and the thermal properties of the surfaces have an effect on intensifying the urban heat island (UHI). An increase in temperature leads to a departure from environmental comfort conditions and an increase in energy consumption in cities. By examining the thermal behavior of facade materials and their thermal properties, it is possible to determine the extent of their influence on temperature rise. In order to achieve this, using SPA2 genetic algorithm, the effect of materials on temperature increase has been investigated. For this purpose, first, a street model with the climatic conditions of Tehran city is considered, and by using Grasshopper and Ladybug software, the thermal behavior of facade materials, window-to-wall ratio (WWR) and the height of the facade to the width of the street are changed. The temperature of the thermal valley has been checked. The results of the research showed that the radiant temperature of the environment increased more in materials with glass facades and reflective surfaces.
