اختلالات افسردگی و اضطراب فراگیر از جمله شایعترین و معتوف توجهترین اختلالات در بین متخصصین هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مؤلفههای ذهنآگاهی، افکار خودآیند منفی و کنترل عاطفی در بین افراد سالم، مبتلا به افسردگی، اضطراب فراگیر بود. روش پژوهش، علی_مقایسهای و جامعهآماری این مطالعه شامل تمامی افراد مراجعه کننده به مراکز روانشناختی راستی در شهر اصفهان بودند. پساز انجام آزمونهای غربالگری و تشخیصی اضطراب و افسردگی بر روی مراجعین، تعداد 120 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند؛ ۳۰ نفر مبتلا به افسردگی، ۳۰ نفر مبتلا به اضطراب و 60 نفر سالم. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش؛ پرسشنامه افکار خودآیند (ATQ)، پرسشنامه ذهنآگاهی براون و رایان (MMAS)، پرسشنامه کنترل فکر ولز و دیویس (TCQ)، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه اضطراب فراگیر نسخه هفتم، بودند.
نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، میانگین و انحراف معیار افکار منفی، ذهن آگاهی، اضطراب و افسردگی به ترتیب 42/59 و 63/26، 27/61 و 61/11، 14/8 و 35/5، 73/6 و 82/6 است. افراد مبتلا به افسردگی، اضطراب فراگیر و افراد سالم در مقیاسهای ذهنآگاهی و افکار خودآیند منفی تفاوت معناداری نشان داده (P>0.05) و در مقیاس کنترل عاطفی تفاوت معناداری نشان ندادند (P>0.05). در نتیجه یافتههای این پژوهش این آگاهی به وجود خواهد آمد که ذهنآگاهی، افکار خودآیند و کنترل عاطفی با چه سازوکار معیوبی در بیماران افسرده و سالم بروز مییابد و متخصصان را به تدوین برنامه درمانی جامع و دقیقتری هدایتمیکند.
Introduction: Depression and generalized anxiety disorders are among the most common and attention-grabbing disorders among specialists. The present study was to explore the components of mindfulness, negative spontaneous thoughts, and emotional control among healthy individuals and people with depression and generalized anxiety. Methods: The research method was causal-comparative and the statistical population of the study included all the people who referred to Rasti psychological centers in Isfahan city. After performing anxiety and depression screening and diagnostic tests on clients, 120 people were selected as convenience sampling; 30 people with depression, 30 people with anxiety and 60 healthy people. The tools used in this research included Autonomic Thoughts Questionnaire (ATQ), Brown and Ryan Mindfulness Questionnaire (MMAS), Wells and Davis Thought Control Questionnaire (TCQ), Beck Depression Questionnaire, and Generalized Anxiety Questionnaire 7th edition. Results: The results showed that the Average and The standard deviation of negative thoughts, mental research, performance, were respectively 59.42 and 26.63, 61.27 and 11.61, 8.14 and 5.35, 6.73 and 82. People with depression, generalized anxiety and healthy people showed significant differences in the scales of mindfulness and negative spontaneous thoughts (P>0.05) and did not show significant differences in the scale of emotional control (P>0.05). Conclusion: As a result of these findings, treatment strategies can be focused on effective and more accurate components to increase the effectiveness of treatment for the mentioned disorders.

به طور کلي هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي کيفيت و نمرات بيماران مبتلا به افسردگي و اضطراب فراگير در متغييرهاي ذهن آگاهي (به عنوان بينشي اساسي نسبت به وقايع اطراف ، تجربيات اکنون و احساسات و هيجانات وارد شده به ماهيت روان )، افکارخودآيند منفي و مثبت (بدکارکردي شناختي که ميتواند با نگهداري و تثبيت افسردگي و اضطراب روابط معناداري نشان دهد و وجود يا خلأ افکار خودآيند مثبت نيز ميتواند در بيماران بازتابي دقيق از نقاط ضعف شناختي آنها باشد) و کنترل پذيري عاطفي (به عنوان متغييري براي تنظيم و تحليل خلق در بيماران افسرده و مديريت اضطراب و سنجش نيازمندي به آن در بيماران مضطرب ) است .
