مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: افرادی با هوش فرهنگی پایین، قادر به ارتباط با همکارانشان از همان فرهنگ یا فرهنگ‌های دیگر نیستند و در کسب و کارشان دچار مشکل می‌شوند و برای ارتقای سبک زندگی خود به شناخت تنوع و تفاوت‌های فرهنگی و تعامل موثر با افرادی از بسترهای مختلف نیاز دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه‌ی هوش فرهنگی با سبک زندگی کارکنان ستاد وزارت نفت می‌باشد.
روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و توصیفی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان اداری ستاد وزارت نفت است که 1500 نفر می‌باشند. با توجه به فرمول کوکران 306 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. هم‌چنین ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که با شیوه روایی صوری و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پایایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف و همبستگی پیرسون به وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت پذیرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که هوش فرهنگی و مولفه‌های آن (فراشناختی، دانشی، انگیزشی، رفتاری) با سبک زندگی رابطه مثبت و مستقیم دارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: لذا ستاد وزارت نفت با شناسایی و ارتقا هوش فرهنگی کارکنان می‌تواند سبک زندگی آنان را ارتقا بخشد.
People with low cultural intelligence are not able to communicate with their colleagues from the same culture or other cultures and have problems in their business and to improve their lifestyle by recognizing cultural diversity and to improve your lifestyle, you need to know the diversity and cultural differences and interact effectively with people from different backgrounds. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between cultural intelligence and lifestyle of the staff of the Ministry of Oil. The present research is descriptive in terms of its purpose and purpose. The statistical population includes all the administrative staff of the Ministry of Oil, which has 1,500 employees. According to Cochran formula, 306 people were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire which was confirmed by face validity method and Cronbach's alpha coefficient reliability questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlation analysis by SPSS software. The results showed that Cultural intelligence and its components (Meta-cognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral) have a positive and direct relationship with lifestyle. Therefore, the headquarters of the Ministry of Petroleum can improve the lifestyle of employees by identifying and promoting their cultural intelligence.
