مطالعۀ پیامدهای تغییرات اقلیمی در نقاط روستایی شرق استان اصفهان (دهستان‌های براآن شمالی و جنوبی) مقالة

مقدمه: در این پژوهش، آثار اجتماعی-اقتصادی و محیط‌زیستی تغییرات اقلیمی بر دو روستا در دهستان‌های براآن شمالی و جنوبی در استان اصفهان، پاسخ جوامع محلی و سیاست‌های دولت، با استفاده از رویکرد جامعۀ مخاطره‌آمیز الریش بک بررسی می‌شود.روش: برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از ابزارهای مشاهده و مصاحبه استفاده شد و با 47 نفر (35 مرد و 12 زن) شامل مطلعان سازمانی، محلی و اهالی روستاها مصاحبه صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، روش نظریۀ زمینه‌ای به‌کار رفت.یافته‌ ها: حاصل تحلیل، استخراج و بازنگری، 157 مفهوم بود که 35 مقوله از این مفاهیم شکل گرفت و مقولۀ محوری «ناپایداری تشدیدشده» برگزیده شد. تغییرات اقلیمی به همراه سوءمدیریت دولتی و برخی اقدامات روستاییان، به منابع محیط‌زیست آسیب زده و آثاری مثل افزایش فقر، تغییر سبک زندگی و آسیب به سلامت مردم را به دنبال داشته است، اما در زمینۀ پیامدهای اجتماعی، مهاجرت فقط در روستای منتخب براآن جنوبی اتفاق افتاده است. همچنین اهالی روستای براآن شمالی منابع آب را به‌صورت مشارکتی مدیریت کرده‌اند که چنین اقداماتی در روستای براآن جنوبی غایب است.نتیجه ‌گیری: موقعیت مکانی روستا و نیز وجود روحیۀ مشارکت، دلیل بروز این تفاوت‌ها است. روستای واقع در براآن شمالی که آب‌وهوای مطلوب‌تری دارد، سکونتگاه ثروتمندان شهر اصفهان و محل ایجاد مشاغل خدماتی در روستا شده که مانع مهاجرت روستاییان است. همچنین روحیۀ مشارکتی ساکنان در مدیریت منابع آب نمایان شده است.

Introduction: Today, the world is facing climate change and global warming. Iran is not exempt from this situation and climate change has many negative effects on all its regions. In particular, these changes have led to successive droughts in the last 15 years. In this research, the environmental and socioeconomic impacts of CC on two villages in the eastern Isfahan province and the responses of the local community and government policies in the face of these changes were investigated using Al-Rish Beck’s “The Risky Society” approach.Method: Observational instruments, semi-structured interviews, and group interviews were used to gather information. Through purposive selection, 47 people (32 men and 15 women) were interviewed, including informed organizations, informed locals, and villagers. Grounded theory method was used for data analysis.Findings:The result of the analysis was the extraction of 215 concepts, which were reduced to 157 after revision. These concepts were then used to form 35 categories, which resulted in the core category of “Intensified Instability.” The results show that climate change, combined with mismanagement of water resources by government organizations and, to a lesser extent, villagers, has led to negative environmental consequences such as degradation of water, air, and soil resources, resulting in a reduction in cultivated land, loss of livelihoods such as livestock, and reduction in cultivated diversity, followed by economic problems such as an increase in poverty. This has led to a decrease in savings and a sense of economic insecurity. These conditions have also led to cultural issues such as a change in villagers’ lifestyles and a reluctance to live in the village and a turn to urban lifestyles. In addition, the drought and its consequences have also affected the physical and mental health of the people in the region, leading to physical illness and mental discomfort. However, there are some differences between the two villages in terms of social consequences. For example, while there has been out-migration in the village in southern Baraan, the village in northern Baraan has not only not out-migrated, but has actually become receptive to immigrants.Conclusion: It can be concluded that the location of the village and the spirit of participation are the reasons for these differences. The village in North Braan, which has a more favorable climate, has become the residence of the rich people of Isfahan city, and service sector jobs have been created in the village, which has prevented the villagers from migrating. Moreover, the spirit of participation in the management of water resources has been shown in this village.

تغییرات اقلیمی به همراه سوءمدیریت دولتی و برخی اقدامات روستاییان، » ناپایداری تشدیدشده « محوری به منابع محیط زیست آسیب زده و آثاری مثل افزایش فقر، تغییر سبک زندگی و آسیب به سلامت مردم را به دنبال داشته است، اما در زمینۀ پیامدهای اجتماعی، مهاجرت فقط در روستای منتخب براآن جنوبی اتفاق افتاده است. org//DOI: https: *مستخرج از رسالۀ دکتری با عنوان «تأثیرات زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی تغییرات اقلیمی و پاسخ جوامع محلی به آن (مطالعۀ روستاهای دهستان های براآن شمالی و جنوبی واقع در شرق استان اصفهان )»، دانشکدة علوم اجتماعی دانشگاه تهران . در ایران ، در کنار تغییرات اقلیمی، سوءمدیریت منابع آب نیز که از جانب سازمان های دولتی اعمال شده مسائل فراوانی را برای نقاط مختلف کشور ایجاد کرده که آثار آن امروز پس از چهار دهه به روشنی بر منابع محیط زیست و نیز ابعاد مختلف زندگی ساکنان به ویژه نقاط روستایی کشور نمایان شده است ؛ بنابراین ، انجام پژوهش های مرتبط با تغییر اقلیم و نیز رویۀ مدیریت منابع محیط زیستی و به ویژه منابع آب ، برای ارائۀ راهکارها و آمادگی هرچه بیشتر برای سازگاری با این شرایط و نیز کاهش هزینه های خسارت بار ناشی از آن ، بسیار ضروری است . مطالعات داخلی مطالعۀ کلهر و محمودی (١٣٩٨) در کنگاور، کیانی سلمی و امینی فسخودی (١٣٩٦) در اصفهان و زارعی و همکاران (١٤٠٠) در بیجار با استفاده از روش پیمایش در زمینۀ پیامدهای اجتماعی خشکسالی نشان دادند خشکسالی موجب کشمکش و کاهش سرمایۀ اجتماعی، کاهش بهداشت و سلامت و کیفیت زندگی و افزایش بیکاری، فقر و مهاجرت شده است .
