بررسی رابطه بین نوآوری شرکت و شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری با تأکید بر نقش تعدیلی ابعاد حسابرسی مقالة

هدف این مقاله بررسی نقش تعدیلی ابعاد مختلف حسابرسی بر رابطه بین نوآوری شرکت و شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و نمونه آماری شامل 1840 سال-شرکت در بازه زمانی 1398-1389 است. به منظور بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش از نرم‌افزار ایویوز و تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیونی چندمتغیره استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون فرضیه نخست پژوهش نشان داد که نوآوری شرکت بر شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج آزمون فرضیه دوم بیانگر این است که ابعاد حسابرسی بر شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج آزمون فرضیه سوم نیز نشان داد که متغیر ابعاد حسابرسی تأثیر معناداری بر رابطه بین نوآوری و شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری دارد. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که پرداختن شرکت‌ها به فعالیت‌های نوآورانه (نظیر فعالیت‌های تحقیق و توسعه، هزینه‌های آموزش کارکنان، سطح سرمایه فکری شرکت، استفاده از روش‌های نوین حسابداری مدیریت و تحصیل ماشین‌آلات، تجهیزات و نرم‌افزار) منجر به ایجاد محیط اطلاعاتی شفاف می‌شود. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، به مؤسسات حسابرسی، مدیران ارشد شرکت‌ها و واحدهای تجاری توصیه می‌شود که با کسب شناخت نسبت به ابعاد مختلف نوآوری به ترویج و همکاری داوطلبانه بیشتر برای پیاده‌سازی فعالیت‌های نوآورانه اقدام نمایند.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of auditing dimensions on the relationship between firm innovation and transparency of accounting information of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). The statistical population of this research is the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange and the statistical sample includes 184 companies in the period of 2009-2018. Eviews software and multivariate regression analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the first hypothesis test showed that the company's innovation has a positive and significant effect on the transparency of accounting information. In other words, companies engaging in innovative activities (such as research and development activities, staff training costs, the level of intellectual property of the company, the use of modern management accounting methods and the acquisition of machinery, equipment and software) lead to a transparent information environment. The results of testing the second hypothesis indicate that the dimensions of auditing have a positive and significant effect on the transparency of accounting information. The results of testing the third hypothesis showed that the variable of audit dimensions has a significant effect on the relationship between innovation and transparency of accounting information. The findings showed that companies engaging in innovative activities (such as research and development activities, staff training costs, the level of intellectual capital of the company, using new management accounting methods and acquiring machinery, equipment and software) lead to a transparent information environment.

برخـی پژوهشـگران ماننـد بـرون و مارتینسـون (٢٠١٤) و ژونـگ (٢٠١٨) معتقدند که بین نوآوری شرکت و شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری رابطه مثبت وجود دارد؛ زیرا شفافیت ، با ارائه اطلاعات مـالی قابـل تأییـد در مـورد ارزش شـرکت و اقـدامات مدیریتی، میتواند به مدیران کمک کند تا بازده پروژه های آتی را بهتر تنظیم کننـد، آن هـا را در طول اجرا نظم دهند و اطمینان حاصل کنند که از سرمایه گذاری در نوآوری، بهتـرین استفاده انجام شده است . در این مطالعه ، بـا در نظـر گرفتن پژوهش های بولو و همکـاران (١٣٨٩)، مهـرآذین و همکـاران (١٣٩١)، ایـزدینیـا و همکاران (١٣٩٣)، لیو٤٦ و همکـاران (٢٠١٨)، زلقـی و قـدمیمشـهور (١٣٩٧) و بهارسـتان و همکاران (١٣٩٨)، برای سنجش شفافیت اطلاعات حسابداری از امتیاز کنترل کیفیت افشـاء (به عنوان رتبه شفافیت تعیین شده توسط سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار تهران )، هموارسازی سود و سود جسورانه استفاده گردیده است .
