این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامه اصلاح دقیق سوگیری حافظه (پرمین)، بر ترمیم و کاهش علائم رفتاری و اختلال حافظه بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی و به کار بستن نتایج آن در درمان بیماری افسردگی انجام شد. این مطالعه، یک کارآزمایی بالینی شبهآزمایشی است که به صورت مداخلهای در سه مرحله ارزیابی (پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه) با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، از آبان ماه ۱۳۹۷ آغاز و در تابستان ۱۳۹۸ به پایان رسید. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه بیماران مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بود که از بین ۳۵ نفر که قبلا توسط یک روانپزشک تشخیص افسردگی دریافت کرده بودند و طبق ارزیابی مجدد با مصاحبه تشخیصی ساختاریافته این تشخیص تایید شد و تعداد ۱۵ نفر بهطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار سنجش شامل مقیاس افسردگی بک (II)، چکلیست نشانهها (SCL-90-R)، آزمون حافظه چند محرک پیشین (چهره و کلمه) بود. نتایج با استفاده از نسخه SPSS 23 تحلیل شد و خروجی تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه درونگروهی با اندازهگیریهای مکرر نشان داد که مداخله در بهبود حافظه کاری و سوگیری حافظه ناشی از افسردگی تاثیر معنادار داشته است (05/ 0>p). همچنین، اثر اصلاح حافظه بر کاهش علائم خلقی بیماران نیز معنادار بود و این نتایج بعد از سه ماه پیگیری نیز پایدار بوده است ((P<0.001) با توجه به یافتهها اصلاح سوگیری حافظه بدون در نظر گرفتن شدت افسردگی، میتواند برای کاهش نشانههای شناختی و رفتاری افسردگی موثر باشد.
The aim of this study was to evaluateing the effect of the Program for Attentive Remediation of Memory Inclination (Permian) on remediation and reducing behavioral symptoms and memory impairment in patients with mild to severe depression and using to apply its results in the tretmenttreatment of depression. This study is a semi-experimental trial that involves a clinical intervention in three stages of evaluation (pre-test, post-test and a three- months follow-up), which lasted from, starting in November 2016 and until ending in the summer of 2017. The statistical population included consisted of all the patients referred to the clinics of Shahid Beheshti University. Based on with available the convenience sampling method, 15 15 individualspeople were randomly selected from 35 patients who had previously got been diagnosed as awith symptoms of depression byed patient by a psychiatrist. These diagnosis diagnoses was were then confirmed through a structured diagnostic interviews. tools The research instruments included the Beck Depression Inventory (II) (1996), the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90-R) (1994), and the N-Back Test (Face and Word) (1954). The results were analyzed using SPSS version v. 23 and the output of the one-way analysis of variance with repeated measures showed that the intervention had a significant effect on improving the working memory and memory bias due tocaused by depression (p <0.05). AlsoIn addition, the effect of memory modification on reducing the patients' temperamental mood symptoms was significant, and after a three- months follow-up, these results were proved to be stable (P <0.001). According to the findings, modification of the memory bias without consideringregardless of the severity of depression can be effective in reducing the cognitive and behavioral symptoms of depression.
