این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی الزامات رهبری کارآفرینانه در هنرستان‌های شهر مشهد انجام شده است. روش پژوهش مطالعه موردی و با رویکرد کیفی بوده است. به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، هنرستان‌های فعال در زمینه کارآفرینی شناسایی شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مطلعان کلیدی این پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از مدیران هنرستان‌هایی بودند که در حوزه کارآفرینی شناخته شده بودند و لذا به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته استفاده شد و اطلاعات کسب شده با روش تحلیل تفسیری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. به منظور اطمینان از اعتبار یافته‌ها، فرآیند پژوهش، کدگذاری‌ها و یادداشت‌های محقق به تایید مصاحبه‌شونده‌ها و اساتید روش‌شناسی رسید، از پژوهشگر دیگری برای بررسی همه‌جانبه کدها استفاده شد، و فرآیند انجام تحقیق با جزئیات مستند شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که الزامات رهبری کارآفرینانه در هنرستان‌ها را می‌توان در دو سطح الزامات فردی و سازمانی طبقه‌بندی نمود. الزامات فردی در 11 مفهوم و سه مقوله اصلی شناسایی شدند: ویژگی‌های شخصیتی (نگرش کارآفرینانه، انگیزه، صبوری، تجربه، و تشویق دیگران)، شایستگی‌های مدیریتی (سبک رهبری، تیم‌سازی، ریسک‌پذیری)، شایستگی‌های دانشی (دانش کارآفرینی، برنامه‌ریزی، بازاریابی). الزامات سازمانی نیز در 11 مفهوم شناسایی شدند که در سه مقوله اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند: الزامات قانونی و ساختاری (شرایط انتخاب مدیران، آیین‌نامه‌ها و مقررات، حمایت مدیران ارشد)، الزامات آموزشی (آموزش کارآفرینانه، آموزشهای عملی و کاربردی، آموزش پایه و تجربه خلاقانه)، الزامات اقتصادی (سرمایه‌گذاری و تأمین مالی، سوددهی، تجهیزات مناسب و مشارکت افراد و صنایع).
The aim of this research was to identify the requirements of entrepreneurial leadership in vocational schools in Mashhad. The research method was a case study with a qualitative approach. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the active vocational schools in entrepreneurship were identified and investigated. The key informants of this research included 15 principals of vocational schools who were known in the entrepreneurship and were selected in a purposeful method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect information, and the obtained information was analyzed with interpretive analysis method. In order to ensure the validity of the findings, the research process, codings and researcher's notes were approved by the interviewees and methodology professors, another researcher was used to comprehensively review the codes, and the research process was documented in detail. The findings of the research showed that the requirements of entrepreneurial leadership in vocational schools can be classified into two levels: individual and organizational. Individual requirements were identified in 11 concepts and three main categories: personality traits (entrepreneurial attitude, motivation, patience, experience, and encouraging others), managerial competencies (leadership style, team building, risk-taking), knowledge competencies (entrepreneurial knowledge, planning, marketing). Organizational requirements were also identified in 11 concepts, which were grouped into three main categories: legal and structural requirements (conditions for selecting managers, bylaws and regulations, support of senior managers), educational requirements (entrepreneurial training, practical and applied education, basic education and creative experience), economic requirements (investment and financing, profitability, suitable equipment and participation of people and industries)
