بحث در مورد دورکاری و قرنطینه خانگی زنان عضو هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌ها در ایام کرونا و مطالعۀ تجارب زیستۀ آن‌ها می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در شناخت و توسعۀ ادبیات اشتغال زنان ایفا نماید. این پژوهش پدیدارشناسانه، تجارب زیستۀ 30 نفر از زنان عضو هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌های مشارکت‌کننده، با هدف کشف و توصیف دورکاری و قرنطینۀ خانگی در ایام کرونا را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. این پژوهش برای گردآوری داده‌ها، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بهره برده است. بر اساس روش پدیدارشناسی فرایند تحلیل در سه سطح کلان انجام شد. در سطح سوم تحلیل، حاصل یکسان‌سازی افق‌های فکری: تعداد 5 افق مربوط به دورکاری، 9 افق مربوط به قرنطینۀ خانگی و 9 افق مربوط به استراتژی‌ها و راهکارها بود. در سطح دوم، توصیفات منسجم روایات به تفکیک دورکاری، قرنطینه خانگی و استراتژی‌ها و راهکارها شکل گرفت و در بالاترین سطح انتزاعی یا همان سطح اول تحلیل، ادغام ساختاری توصیف‌های منسجم انجام شد. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، وجود قرنطینۀ خانگی ناشی از ویروس کرونا و شیوع آن باعث ظهور فرهنگ قرنطینه در کشور و جهان شده است که این امر منجر به بازتعریف روابط و مناسبات اجتماعی، مسئله اخلاق، تعهدات اجتماعی، الگوهای روابط انسانی، اجتماعی، توجه به توازن میان نقش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی و اخلاق مراقبتی زنان در زندگی، تأکید شده است. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج، راهکارهایی در حوزه‌های، پژوهش، مدیریت و خانواده ارائه گردید.
Discussing remote work and home quarantine of women academic staff members of universities and research institutes in the days of Corona and studying their lived experiences can play an effective role in the recognition and development of women's employment literature. This phenomenological research has investigated the lived experiences of 30 female faculty members of participating universities and research institutes, with the aim of discovering and describing remote work and home quarantine during the Corona period. In order to collect data, the research used a semi-structured interview with a purposeful sampling method. Based on the phenomenological method, the analysis process was carried out on three macro levels. In the third level of analysis, the result of equalizing intellectual horizons was: 5 horizons related to remote work, 9 horizons related to home quarantine, and 9 horizons related to strategies and solutions. In the second level, coherent descriptions of narratives were formed by separating remote work, home quarantine and strategies and solutions, and in the highest abstract level or the first level of analysis, the structural integration of coherent descriptions was done. Based on the findings of this research, the presence of home quarantine caused by the corona virus and its spread has caused the emergence of quarantine culture in the country and the world, which has led to the redefinition of social relations and relationships, the issue of ethics, social obligations, patterns of human and social relationships, attention to The balance between career and family roles and women's caring ethics in life has been emphasized. Finally, according to the results, solutions were presented in the fields of research, management and family.
